Perfect Match for my John Deere D105A Starter solenoid.
OK so my D105D John Deere Lawn Tractor would not start easy. I had to turn and turn and turn the key to get it to "catch" and start. Knowing enough about engines and cars, I knew it had to be the starter solenoid as I could feel it in my hand when I put my hand on it and tried to crank it. I could feel the solenoid not catching and engaging the starter.So I went online and ordered one from a John Deere lawn mower parts place. It said it would take a week or two to get. SO I went here on Amazon and found this replacement part for LESS MONEY and it took all of 10 minutes to change out.Once I put this new one in, I turned the key and BINGO started right up first try! This is a perfect replacement part for your John Deere D105 or 100 series mower if it seems to not start and the clicking can be "felt" in the starter solenoid.Thank you!! I can mow the lawn tomorrow!!

Worked EXCELLENT! I have a Kubota zero turn with low hours and the solenoid worked intermittent. FINALLY figured it out and decided to go with a Briggs,WORKS PERFECT!

WORKS LIKE IT SUPPOSED TO!
Works exactly like it's supposed to! It does come in a Briggs & Stratton box but the solenoid itself does not say B&S anywhere on it. A similar sticker to the one on this solenoid was on my original solenoid so it looks like the same one you'll find as "original equipment". It's probably a universal fit item used by several manufacturers but don't let that scare you. It works like a charm!

Worked fine in my Woods 5140
Build quality seems OK. The provided hardware has a Chinese feel to it, but once you get it installed you probably won't touch it again for years. I am happy with my purchase.

Great value and OEM part.
Original solenoid failed after 1 1/2 years. Replacement arrived in less than 24 hours. Amazon price was about 60 % of big box store price. Installed and works, back to mowing without having to bypass solenoid to start

Solid Part for a Great Price
If you have a faulty solenoid and this is the correct part. If works great super easy to install, however i always recommend taking a picture of how the old one is wired for reference.

Product was actually mislabeled...ordered a 4-pole, received a 3-pole labeled as 4... looks decent, even though can't use it

Always check the little things
The solenoid I ordered and received worked fine.I did find a additional problem with the ground circuit on the riding mower that the solenoid was used on.Electical can be tricky at times.
