This phone arrived 4 days earlier than stated and was just as described,a few tiny use marks on the back glass but the front was pristine,set it up and perfect in every way,no issues at all,I wanted a change from my s10 and this note is awesome,highly recommend buying from these guys,half the price and excellent condition,very happy with the seller.5 star for me.will deffo buy again from these guys.

One of the best phones ever, the fingerprint sensor works almost great, better than other ultrasonic sensors like the one on the Mate 20 pro, however, the face recognition is not really that good, as it depends on the front camera only, so there is no 3D mapping of the face, thus if it is dark it won't work, also the battery is not really that great, I thought it would be better, my previous phone was the Huawei Mate 20 Pro, and it did very well in terms of battery life and face recognition, the camera is also brilliant, can't really tell for sure which is better.If you are thinking of buying it just keep an eye on the price, I bought it on the 1st of May for £665, and after 10 days the price dropped to £587, so I return the first one and ordered a new one as Amazon don't do fare adjustment within the return window.One last thing, I ordered the silver one but received the Aura glow one (for two times) I don't mind the colour so it didn't bother me at all, and I don't know the deference between the two of them :)

Good phone at a great price. Battery drains quiet quickly, and the stylus isn't great (lots of unintentional clicking of links when scrolling).

Just a great overall phone with a very good camera

Cannot read my finger or facial recognition. Waiting 2 hear back from supplier. Battery life poor. Having 2 charge every day. Very disappointed.Update - contacted seller and explained its not working properly. They said they would only issue a refund IF it is found faulty. They said they have not had any issues with biometrics. I have since googled and there was issues. I was told if they didn't find anything wrong with it they would take a minimum 20% fee which is roughly £120. I have got friends to try it and it is the same. Sometimes the biometrics work but I'm mostly having to input the pass code. I will NEVER again buy anything like this from Amazon. I'm not prepared to take the €120 hit for them to say there is nothing wrong with it. Its so much harder trying to prove something is faulty when there is no visible damage showing. Stick to buying in a shop so you can show the issues you are having 😪😪

it said it was a note 10 what came was a note 10 plus ,i wanted the 10 so i could use the memory card from my last phone but the 10 plus only takes 2 sims,so not happy , the phone works well expect for the battery,,it was in as new condition .

First note I owned and thought that it was perfect till I saw and used a friend's note 10... the S-pen function on the note I bought is atrocious... dosent work as it should at all... cant write as it should and clicking/ pointing is as of it was drunk... but besides that... using it as a smart phone, which in all fairness I've been doing, can't fault it.

Fantastic phone. No issues.
