Diamondback Schrader Valve Bicycle Tube, Black

Terrible tubes. Bought three, first two popped on me. I lowered the psi way below the specs, and the third one is still holding. My bike takes a 700x45, and I suspect that though these are rated for that size, the quality actually doesn't support the 45mm. 6 weeks later, I'm still waiting for a replacement from Amazon. Very unhappy with this purchase.Update: Amazon declined to replace. I suspect they received too many returns/complaints and no longer wish to stock this product. I'd avoid these, unless you like to replace tubes more than you like to ride.

I installed the tube on a beach cruiser bike tire and inflated it to only 45 PSI. Typically beach cruiser tires can be run between 40 and 65 psi, as noted on the sidewall of the tire. Before I could even complete installing the bike tire to the bike the tire began to deflate rapidly. After removing the tube from the tire I noticed a 4-in split along the tube seam.

Originally I put that this did not fit my daughters bike, but operator error. Once I put a little bit of air in it first it’s set in very nicely in the bike tire is perfect. Don't buy this...I should have read the reviews first, it blew apart at 20 psi less than the tire rated pressure. This has happened to others in the reviews. DON'T BUY THIS TIRE!! I bought it for future use and was past the return date when I needed it. Threw the money away.

I do long distance cycling routinely - I really do not know what the problem is but I've gone through so many of these tubes within a year. They keep blowing out . Luckily I always have a spare and they are easy to change but its taking a tollon me and becoming very expensive

I selected this tube (bought two of them) because it was branded with a name I remembered from my youth, "Diamondback". Seemed safer than the others. I installed one of the tubes on my daughter's new bicycle just a few days ago. Sad to report that it only held air for 3 days. I will try the second tube to see if that one holds air. This is a pain since it has to be on the back tire, which requires removing the training wheels. Once the wheel is off the install is easy. I wonder if there is any QA testing done on these before packaging.

After this tube was installed inside a tire, mounted on the wheel rim, and inflated to recommended 65PSI, it blew-out with sufficient force to be heard through the wall separating house from garage, where bike is stored, forcing the tire off of the rim. Photo shows shredded failure near valve stem along one of the seams. Returned for credit.

Paid for inner tube and that’s what I received. Exactly what I wanted for a price that was reasonable.

The Diamondback 26x1.9/2.125 Schrader Valve Bicycle Tube, Black is a bad product or I got 2 defective items. I bought them as a spare for my long road trips. but they failed at the same spot just after few days of using them. I thought I did a bad installation the first time, but the second time it failed in the same spot (shown in the picture), I bought I different brand and this has not problem. I will ask for my money back.

I see there is another review with the exact same defect in the tube. The 2 tubes valve stem failed in the same spot on our bike too. bought these for backups in 2018 and didn't need them till this year so no return for me. A added bonus is that I paid $5.50 a tube back then and now they are asking $45.00 for one tube. Can't even believe anyone would pay that. Going to go to my local bike shop and buy some quality tubes.

Tire works and fit great and I had 0 issues or problems. I will say you HAVE to check the valve stem as mine was too loose and was constantly loosing air over night. Quick little adjustment and its perfectly fine. Saved myself a ton of money by doing this myself.

Never know what to say about some things....it seems well made, it does its job, it is a good price, it arrived almost by return of post after ordering.Full marks all round as far as I am concerned.

This fit my mountain bike perfect and i'm more than happy with my purchase. Also shipping was right on time. Great product will probably order more at a future date.
