Packaged great. These folks obviously sell these for a living. Good directions, pieces and parts included.If you are going to do this yourself, it's not a piece of cake but it's not space shuttle technology either.Here's an old wives tale. Once you set these protectors that's it. It better be right or you're sunk. That is BS.Keep the plastic backer that you removed from the sticky side. Place a piece of the backer across one corner of the phone face covering maybe a half inch of the corner. Set the protector. Should the protector fail to land squarely on the phone or other issues signal a fail like dust on the surface creating pimples, use the backer to lift the protector away from the phone with a gentle and even pull until enough is free that you can handle the protector with your fingers on the edges only. Realign and retry or, if the protector gets a dust particle stuck to the sticky side use the sticky tape that came with the protector for dabbing on the prone face to do the dabbing to the dust particle. Hey, what is the worst that can happen? You were going to junk it and buy another anyway so if these hints help it's a win win, if not no big deal.For the faint of heart, take your phone and this protector to your mobile providers storefront and they will do it for you.

Last week I tried the iCarez glass screen protector on my Note 4, and the edge kept lifting up, so decided to return it and try the iLoome Screen Mate Light. I installed it earlier today, and noticed that it is cut even less around the edges, not covering the AMOLED area fully. Despite this, it looked good and felt like high quality glass. Then a few hours later I noticed a small air bubble near the left edge. I went to use my fingernail to get the bubble out, and it cracked the glass. If this glass is so delicate that it can't even take the pressure of a fingernail at the edge, then I hate to think what would happen if it is dropped. I would have preferred if iLoome still made the thicker .30mm screen protector I stead of this flimsy .10mm glass.I contacted Amazon for a return.UPDATE:After a few days, I did get an email from iLoome asking for images, which I sent them. They said I will get a refund.

I was very disappointed with the iLoome Screen Mate for my LG G4. I have previously had iLoome Flex screen protectors for my G2 and had not a bad thing to say. That is not the case with this screen protector.While the glass protector is smooth, seems to be well crafted and applied easily, it is not meeting expectations.The first issue I ran into was bubbling at the corners after applying. I've put on more screen protectors than I care to count, and I'm very detailed in ensuring that they are aligned just so and there is no dust or debris in between the screen and the protector. Still, bubbles, that are not working themselves out.Secondly, and possibly due to the bubbles, my device will now randomly respond to phantom touches, so to speak. I had seen this reported by some iPhone 6/6+ users, but experiencing it is rather frustrating when it's multiple times a day.All in all, I will wait for a Flex version from iLoome for my G4 as those have never let me down, but the Screen Mate 9H has been an utter disappointment. Three stars because I support the brand, but no more as this product is definitely NOT my favorite.

Packaging was great with alcohol wipe and dust cloth. Read all directions and watched video as requested in directions. Got a nice dust free application but the edges of the screen do not adhere. Particularly the bottom edge does not adhere well but both sides have slight gaps as well. I am assuming it just can't handle a slight curve in the cell phone glass. Laterally, I am a millimeter or so off center but both edges failed to completely adhere rather than just the side closer to the edge of the phone. I will leave it on and use it until stuff gets underneath the edges and then throw it out. Not worth the money and definitely would not recommend this for the Droid Turbo.

bought this screen protector for my nexus 6. been looking for a glass screen protector that would not give me that halo effect. this screen protector did go on without any problems and I did not get a halo effect that I was worried about.the reason why I only gave three stars is that in less than a month I got a chip on the side of my screen protector. even though it was applied perfectly it did not last more than a month. although it was a small chip on the side of the glass protector I found that unacceptable for the amount of money paid and took it off. also another thing that bothered me was that along the edge of the glass screen protector was a bit sharp. there are some glass screen protectors that have a beveled edge and since this screen protector is only .10mm thick there can't be a beveled edge.it is a good product just not great and long lasting like I thought a glass screen protector should be.

It's an excellent screen protector and is very slick when on your phone. Unfortunately it did cause my phone to malfunction acting as if I was pressing a bunch of apps or letters when trying to text making my phone non usable most of the time. iLoome has an amazing customer support and they sent me a second screen for free but it still gave me issues so they refunded me and told me there's a new version of the max screen coming out that should fix issues with this version. I still recommend this brand when it comes to full screen protection.

It has done a nice job protecting my phone. I drop it a lot and feel confident in the glass doing its job protecting the phone. But it is not that strong. After 6 months I am replacing it. There is a big scratch down the middle and bc it is very hard to get to fit with a case was never super flush with the edges of the phone, so there is all kinds of gunk under there.If only it we 1/16 or 1/32 of an inch smaller to fit better with a case.
