Too small . Both the neck strap and the width of the bar are both too short and too small im 5ft 10 and when placed around my neck its sat half on my chest . And im a size 36in waist and it doesnt reach across me so cannot be used . My son is only a 30in waist and its still to short to be used by him without help . Its akward and hurts unless your the perfect size for it

I've nothing to compare this with therefore a very generous 2 stars, however, the neck straps way too small, look I'm only a short a*se measuring 5 ft 7" and it's far too small for me so I wonder how taller people get on with it. The strap doesn't adjust higher either, apart from that I'd be willing to keep it but as it is I have no real use for it now.

The main part ie the metal support is fine but the straps tosupposedly put over your neck are ridiculously to short even onfully extended need to be another 12" to them ,so you will need toextend straps and i am not big .

Well this just destroys your biceps :) Get a great pump off it! Have gotten a few friends to try it out and they fell in love!

I love the Arm blaster. It allows you to purely concentrate on the biceps. Only problem is for me it's slightly small for me in length. Excellent for beginners.

Haven't seen or used one of these for over 20 years. It's great for isolating biceps. Added benefit is you can use lighter weights.

Thought it was a bit of a gimmick but I wouldn’t be without it now. Lifting heavier and helps to get a great pump

The width of the arm blaster is to narrow and cannot be adjusted making it difficult to use.I tried this once when it arrived and have not touched it since.Note to self, spend more money next time and buy something better!!
