I took it for a short time and I felt a decrease in my appetite and energy level. But I discontinue use of it.

My girls love this product. It works if you stick with it. 1 bottle will not make you instant thin. My wife lost 30 lbs in 6 months. She didn't change her routine at all. I imagine if diet and exercise had been added it would have happened much faster.

Purchased two bottles to ensure I gave this item a fair shake before I gave a review. I have been on a solid diet and workout plan for the last 60 days. I have lost weight, but no more than what was physically anticipated without using this product. It would be unfair for me to attribute my weight loss, which has been 5lbs in two months to AbCuts 5-in-1. Based upon my results there isn't enough evidence for me to state otherwise. I feel better and have more energy, but that's because I'm eating correctly with healthy choices and exercising five days a week.

I was suspect at first, but this really gives me energy ALL DAY. I take first thing in morning, and have to remind myself to eat, because I have no hunger cravings at all. Just drink lots of water. I'd buy again.

these seem to work the best for me, a little pricey, and harder to come by than the other ab-cuts varieties, but they work well and more convenient to just take 1 pill twice a day than having to take 2 at a time, seems like a better value.

Its ok. Worked best when first taking and then it seemed to wear off.
