Surfwheel SU/HX One +4 Wheels Electric Skateboard with Patented Safety Wheels

Got this for my son for Xmas. We had trouble getting it to charge, once we sorted that out, he used it once for about 15 mins. When he came back to it the next day it wouldn't turn on. We charged it again, he turned it on but it just turned itself off again and wouldn't stay on. The on button flashes then turns off. We are sending it back.

Pretty good profuct, was looking to buy a one wheel but they were so expensive and I was amazed when I saw how cheap this was compared to the one wheel, took about an hour and a half to learn but other than that it was great and had so much fun learning

I bought this item for a birthday gift, my son was so excited to receive it, however the item would not charge and because it has a special charger it now has to be returned and I have had to buy from a different provider and have to wait a month for delivery, very disappointed!

This is a poor productThe main wheel is too shallow and the tiny wheels on the ends are too far in and that just scrapes the board along the ground. The little wheels do nothing. The balance is wrong and it is far too low to the ground .The board is wrecked after 2 hours of my child being in it.A poor product

I ordered this 3 separate times and all 3 times I ordered it there was something faulty with it twice it was the charger that came broken and the last time 2 of the 4 mini wheels came cracked and each time Amazon couldn’t do anything about it

Since living in Los Angeles, I have been fortunate enough to live about a mile from my office. Because of the close distance, I chose to explore other modes of transportation other than driving. Initially, I tried making the trek via Bird or Lime, but found those services to add up in costs. Alternatively, I looked into purchasing my own electric scooter, but found that the good ones can be well above $700.I came across the Surf Wheel and IMMEDIATELY fell in love. The price is very affordable for the quality of product you are receiving. Not only is the board itself a reasonable and safe weight, the ease of assembling and quick learning makes the experience even better. The Surf-Wheel app allows you to monitor speed, battery and update the software. Additionally, Surf-Wheel offers very easy tutorials to help you learn how to ride it very quickly.I would recommend this board to anybody regardless of their experience surfing or skateboarding. The smooth speed and convenient size allows me to carry it anywhere from work, to a friends house, or simply to shop or cruise around my neighborhood. I have gone on a few rides so far and can not express how fun and efficient the board is.Pick up yours ASAP!

Das ist das zweite surfwheel, dass wir erhalten, welches nicht funktioniert!!!!Es lässt sich auch nach dem Aufladevorgang nicht einschalten.Der Akku scheint bereits zum zweiten Mal komplett defekt zu sein.Herstelldatum des Boards war auch bereits 2018 das könnte dafür sprechen dass der Akku komplett entladen ist und somit hinüber.Außerdem wird kein Adapter für EU Steckdosen mitgeliefert somit mussten wir uns hier noch einen zusätzlich besorgen aber auch damit konnte das Board nicht aufgeladen und somit nicht in Betrieb gesetzt werden.Alles in allem sehr ärgerlich und ein riesen Mist!!!

I bought this for the first time a month ago to ensure that it would arrive before my son’s birthday. The first SurfWheel I ordered would not charge or power on at all. So I sent it back to get another new one. It finally arrived and it won’t charge or power on either! It also appears to be used. I’ve followed all instructions for first time charging - manuals, website, YouTube videos, customer support...this is a TERRIBLE product with terrible customer support as well! Do NOT waste your time or money on this piece of trash! VERY DISAPPOINTED and FRUSTRATED!!!
