Would set one out at bed, eat half and other half when she woke up to eat. Did increase milk supple a little. Wish I had more, but they were a little pricy.

I finally found a product that is truly helping my milk supply and it tastes absolutely amazing. Im actually glad my son is only a month old and I get a year to enjoy these while I breastfeed my son.

I really love these because they do work to increase supply and they're tasty. It is a unique, very flavorful or spiced taste but the chocolate on top brings it all together. It's a yummy snack that I looked forward to consuming. The packaging is beautiful too. I appreciate that this is an old family recipe and that makes it even cooler. Highly recommend.

I received these promptly after I ordered them ~they are made fresh. I love the warm Indian spice with the silky chocolate topping. I keep them in my freezer and eat them daily. I cut in half and eat to savor.I quickly saw my milk supply go up within 12 hours. Thank you!!

Really tasty, love that there's a vegan option. I definitely feel like this is one of the only lactation treats that I've noticed difference in Supply. It really does increase Supply. The texture and taste is definitely different but I don't mind it. The chocolate bit on top makes it feel like an extra treat

These taste really good, but didn’t help. I first bought these 2 years ago and they seemed to help while pumping so I bought them again recently. Bought two boxes and didn’t notice an increase in supply.

These are not only delicious but they definitely help my production!! 10/10 would recommend!
