The media could not be loaded. I had to buy my son a new chair for his desk after the hydraulics in his current one crapped out, after only 18 months. Due to COVID, he has to do online school and will be at his desk for at least 5-6 hours a day, so a comfortable chair is essential. He’s been asking me for a gaming chair forever, but I never wanted to spend the extra money. He’s a HUGE gamer and wanted something plusher with a higher back that would be more comfortable when he’s playing. After researching and reading tons of reviews, I decided it was worth the extra money to get a higher quality chair for him, especially since he’ll be using it alot more than ever before. What sold me on this chair was the warranty and the fact that people talked about how good the customer service was in the reviews. Anymore, it’s really hard to find companies that truly stand behind their products, like they claim to do. Beyond your basic manufacturers warranty, they even cover damage during installation. That’s extremely rare! Luckily, I didn’t have any issues with my chair. It arrived well packaged and there was no damage to the chair. As you can see in my video, it was pretty easy to put together. Everything lined up perfectly and it took around 30 minutes to complete. The quality is much better than I expected, from a chair at this price point. The padding in the cushion is firm yet plush, which makes it extremely comfortable. The leather has a high end feel to it. The height of the backrest gives your back and neck great support. The black and red look makes it look very stylish and sleek. I’m beyond impressed with all of the features this chair has to offer. The back reclines from straight as a board at 90° and reclines back all of the way to 160°. It’s nice for taking a quick cat nap between classes. Both of the armrests are adjustable, so it’s easy to find a comfortable position. It’s so cool that they can not only be adjusted up and down, but from left to right. Each one can be swiveled to the right, left or stay in the center. It also has a pneumatic control that lets you easily raise or lower your seat. My son likes that it’s a little bouncy and he can rock back and forth. His desk is on carpet and the rollers work very well on it. I’m over-the-moon thrilled that I chose this chair. It’s a high quality chair at a wonderful price. My husband likes it so much that he now wants one for his office.

Recently switched from console back to PC gaming. Quickly decided I needed to replace my old office chair. Went to Amazon and searched "gaming chair" with prime, 4 star+, and reclining. I wanted comfort so I scrolled looking for the thickest looking seat cushion which is how I found this chair. I then noticed that Amazon had separate ratings for various features on the chair. This one has a 4.6 star rating in comfort at the time of writing this. I then spent hours going through all the reclining gamingchairs looking just at their comfort rating. No matter the price, all the other chairs were lower than 4.6. I bought this chair largely based on this. It took 33 hous to show up. One of the spokes of the stand had poked a hole in the box, but the chair was not damaged. Setup was easy. Most screws needed are already attached to the chair, the other 2 screws needed are in the "spare parts" bag which also has 2 L wrenches, instructions, gloves for setup, and a spare wheel. I didn't use the gloves, didn't seem necessary. Took about 15 minutes on my own. All the features work well. Rocking is really stiff, but I only weigh 140lbs. Assume it'll loosen with use. Since getting it I've played 2 8 hour sessions and 3 3-4 hour sessions. For keyboard & mouse games I had chair fully upright. I have terrible posture and was worried this would be uncomfortable. It took about a minute to get use to, but it feels wonderful! I think it might be more comfortable with a neck pillow like many other chairs come with. As it happens, on the back of the instructions is a letter from the company saying they'll send you a neck pillow if you email them your sales id for your order. I have, we'll see what happens. I also did some gaming with a gamepad where I reclined the chair a bit and kicked my feet up n a plaform unde my desk. Again, it felt wonderful! This is a super comfortable chair! I had expected the cushion to have more give given its thickness, but it's pretty firm. I'm very happy with my purchase. Had thought I was gonna have to spend more. I'd recommend this to any PC gamers.

It’s taken me 6 months to find a reasonably priced chair with a simple design that wasn’t over the top and sturdy seating that will last me longer than a couple years. I finally decided on this one.Overall, I love the color and design choice, it doesn’t have a giant logo all over it. Just a simply badge on the back. The assembly was very straightforward and solid bolts for installation. A small detail but the bolts had paint on them to indicate they are properly torqued to spec. I do not have a question on whether this chair will hold. The cushion had a small issue that was more cosmetic but the seller communicated very quickly to ensure the customer was happy. But as for a seating, it is comfortable and firm and I have a good feeling nothing is going to shift or change the firmness. It makes me not want to slouch which is a prevalent issue I have that usually moves stuffing or foam oddly. I don’t think that will be the issue here.The only thing I wish I could have seen was the arm rests to have more texture or softer, they feel a bit more hard and smooth but honestly it’s fine and my suggestion is just a recommendation for improvement. Either way, I don’t regret my choice and I’ll send an update if anything changes!
