To clarify, this product takes time. Twice a day prior to meals for 8 weeks. You see no results for the first 4 weeks. It will help you lose weight. Mostly it's the waistline. Take it for 12 weeks and it'll max out. Biggest weightloss is 6-10 weeks. I was only 170 pounds but it dropped me to 160 in about 9 weeks and 12 pounds total.

I noticed no noticeable weight loss, or effect from the product. The one good thing is that it spurred me on to find a stronger dosing of bitter orange, and that has been helping much better.
