Pairing Instructions When you turn on your Samsung Bluetooth headset for the first time, it proceeds into pairing mode immediately. If you have paired the headset with other Bluetooth devices, make sure that the headset is off. Press and hold the Multi-Function button until the blue indicator light stays solid blue after blinking. Set your Bluetooth phone to discover the headset by following your phone's guide. Typically, the steps involve going to a Setting, Connection, or Bluetooth menu on your phone and then selecting the option to discover Bluetooth devices. Your phone will find the Samsung headset and ask if you want to pair with it. Confirm this by pressing the Yes or OK key. Enter a passkey or PIN, 0000 (4 zeros), then press the Yes or OK key. If pairing was successful, the indicator light will flash in blue 10 times rapidly before going to flashing every 3 seconds. If unsuccessful, the light remains on, and you will need to re-attempt pairing. When you turn on your headset after pairing with the phone, the headset is automatically connected to the phone. Looks can be deceiving
So I finally decided to join the tach revolution and purchased a Bluetooth earpiece, this being the first one. All I can tell you, is that this thing is uncomfortable. After driving for an hour with this in my ear, I couldn't put it back in after taking it out, my ear was so sore. The hard plastic piece and thin rubber earpiece provide for a really harsh, stiff fit in my ear. I dread using it just because of the pain it inflicts on my ear cartilage.It was a breeze to connect to my phone initally, although this is probably the only upside, and the only point of which I will award any stars. That, and it looks nice and small.After connecting it the first time, the multi function button refuses to connect immediately when a call comes in, leaving me to fumble in my pockets for my phone, and then when I press the answer button on my phone, it finally connects, yet provides me with terrible static and audio fade-out. I don't know if anybody I was talking to could hear me, but I certainly could only hear about 1 or 2 words per sentence from who I was talking to. I got better audio on my first cordless phone we bought back in 1990.As for gaming, after struggling with it to connect to my PS3, it did finally connect, but couldn't register any audio in the games I have been playing, which makes me wonder why it bothers to even connect, when it isn't going to work once said connection has been made.I tried to give samsung my return business, as I have been very pleased with my Samsung Eternity phone, but this is junk. Guess I can't try and get a bargain on Bluetooth.

Not Worth the Money
This has to be the worst headset I have owned. I lost my Jabra, and looked for something a little less expensive to replace it. Since I have a Samsung phone that I have had no problems with, I thought I'd try the Samsung WEP250. Big mistake! The reception was poor and the connection between the phone and headset was frequently lost. In addition, I have put 5 earpiece loops on this thing between June 12th and July 27th. The plastic is so brittle it breaks at the slightest pressure. The break point is always where it clamps around the headset. I ordered the replacement earpiece loops direct from Samsung, so I know it wasn't a matter of buying cheap, poor quality non-OEM parts. They're just cheap, poor quality OEM parts. Don't buy unless you order a few dozen replacement earpiece loops!

If you know what is good, Samsung is always there. This little piece of technology do exactly what you expect. Good sound, great quality, very confortable, and more, very cheap..

This product works great for playing online with the ps3. Dont need to charge it much. Can hear well and others can hear me well.

usefull and long lasting
This ear piece is very durable, with or without the hear wrap provided. I hear fine while driving, working, and walking. It does come through a little quiet on the other persons end when the window of the car is down, or if a car passes durring your walk.

Piece of junk! not recommended
I'm using this product from past three months, and I don't recommend it for following reasons> The clip/ear holder is very rigid, difficult to fit on ear> Mine clip/ear holder is broken with in a month> Voice quality is not so good, infact its immpossible to use it on any highway/freewayGood Luck!

Works great!
Good little unit for the money. Clarity is good, though volume might be a bit low for noisier environments. Installs without a problem. I'm pleased with the performance for the price.
