Speedy.
Having seen the concept of the U-Brush on the internet to find the product available at a reasonable price point was a welcome surprise.First things...I dropped one star from my rating .., mainly for this reason, the supplied silicon brush head was relatively small, whereas a second head I bought individually at the same time was larger, and fit my mouth forever better. Your mileage may vary. This could be simply down to the place of manufacture catering for the average mouth size in Asia, I can't say for sure, but I'm pretty much an average sized Englishman. The four stars... or the short of it:Using the toothbrush is a novel experience, it's hands-free, the run time is shorter than a conventional electric toothbrush, this is both convenient and time saving. So speed...A regular toothbrush cleans an area the size of brush at one time, while the silicon "mouth-guard" like head is in contact with almost all of my teeth when in use - this in theory means the U-brush needs to run a shorter time - as all of the teeth in contact with brush are being cleaned, on all exposed sides.I do say almost all my teeth because I have deep seated wisdom teeth, which even the larger U-brush I bought doesn't properly contact. While a drawback of the design, for me at least, in practice I don't find this an issue, because after a little experimentation I have determined the best way to use conventional toothpaste is not to apply it to the U-brush, something which I found tricky, messy, and usually resulted in way too much paste than needed, but rather to apply the paste to my teeth with a regular toothbrush first, then use the U-Toothbrush.This for me proves quicker than trying to spread paste evenly over the U shape, perhaps "foaming" toothpaste would do this, but I don't see the point when regular paste is at hand. When the U-Brush has finished its run, I then pick up my regular tooth brush again (actually a good quality electric) and use that to target my back teeth. If I have the time I can let the toothbrush run it's much longer timed cycle, however given the U-Brush has already been to work that can't be necessary. The hands free..(WARNING Too Much Information may follow..._)A small detail perhaps but being a bloke I shower and brush at the same time, I can now shower, brush, and soap up, or adjust the shower, etc etc with ease, because I don't have one hand having to hold a toothbrush and move it around. The U-Brush just sits in my mouth vibrating and glowing until it's done, and quite quickly at that. It's still early days, I have charged the product twice, once out of the box before use, and then almost a week later after, so battery life is good.I should note however the charger is powered by a USB connection, there is not a conventional plug, or a UK Bathroom plug, that is no adapter is supplied with the unit, just the charger base and a standard USB cable. That presents no problem to me, as I have multiple USB ports to choose from, and many plug adapters from other devices. This may however inconvenience if you don't.With any new product longevity is as yet indeterminable, but the design seems robust, and the product well made. The products ability to deal with gingivitis, and whiten teeth seem reasonable claims, but can't be judged after only a week or so of use.My teeth are certainly no worse in this regard for using this product. In conclusion it is a different experience from using a regular toothbrush, and because of the speed and hands-free design there is almost a feeling of cheating when using it, but when every minute counts in a hectic life this product does seem to deliver.Edit. I can attest, at least for me, that this product does combat gingivitis.

Don’t buy!
Very disappointed, don’t buy this product despite the good reviews! It doesn’t clean your teeth well at all, I stopped using after 2 days and cleaned my teeth properly!

Waste of money
I don’t know how I was expecting this to work. The only thing you can use from this is the blue light.

Ok, has a place, but not an end-to-end solution
Mixed feeling about this toothbrush. I definitely wouldn’t want it as my full time tooth brush but as part of a collection I like it. I like that I have hands free and can stand in the shower with it, however I don’t like the amount of toothpaste I use with it, and I don’t feel it cleans my back teeth well so I always use my standard electric brush to finish the job.

Compact and easy!
Can’t really tell so soon but certainly good fit and seems to be cleaning my teeth okay. Easy and effortless to use.

Poor fit
After using some of my teeth felt clean while others did not feel as clean/brushed. A much softer approach to brushing, which was good and running two cleaning cycles each time also felt like it helped.Mouthpiece was a little too small so back teeth needed manual bruising and you can not use with normal tude toothpaste, which as a faf.Had to go back to Oral B in the end.
