Great customer service
I had a problem with the dust and scratches on a refurbished desktop PC. Customer service reps were very responsive in asking me how they could make me happy. There was little they could do and since I have only had the PC for a week I won't know about its quality for a few weeks or more. It is safe to say dust and scratches won't affect the performance. I had only hoped they they would have inspected the case prior to shipping. Expectations are always higher than reality. I am happy that they care enough to ask me how they can do better.Tim C Robinson
