We ordered a similar faucet from a home improvement store, but it didn't arrive as soon as we needed. So we ordered this one and it arrived as expected through Prime.They were different brands, but looked exactly the same. And this one was 1/2 the price!We were very impressed with the packaging of this item. There was a piece of thick foam and everything was nestled into it's own cutout space. Nothing shifted around or got dinged up.We were equally impressed with the instructions. They were printed nicely, easy to understand, and the pictures were clear.The other item was in a box the same size and shape, nut no foam, only thin plastic covers slipped over each piece. They were free to move around as they pleased.We didn't make it to the instruction faze of this item because we had already installed, used, and liked the faucet from Amazon. We just returned this one.We have been using this faucet for several months and we're very happy with it. It was inexpensive, easy to install, works good, and looks great!

The finish is absolutely beautiful and everything a brushed bronze should be! The faucet is heavy and durable and my husband installed with no problems. He installed it without the base plate and even after caulking it, it still rocks and can twist a little at the base. However, nothing that a little shim can't fix and additional caulking. This would likely be an issue, too, with other brands of faucets. It comes with all pieces needed to install so you don't end up needing to go to the hardware store for any extra trips. I highly recommend as it is gorgeous, affordable and not a headache to install!

I had a separate handle moen faucet just like this one that went out. After doing research and price points, this was a much better deal versus the 700 moen. Install was simple and easy(except for no room under my sink, lol) and it works just as good as my moen did. I have only had it for a couple weeks and it has been great. I love the fact that you can put the handle where you want it. I would recommend to anyone, even if your super picky and love the high end brands. Only time will tell how long it lasts, but I could replace it ten times to equal the price point of the moen.

After a torturous install, the end result is good. There are a few design flaws with this product and they make installation very difficult. First after finishing install (1st attempt) the base spun around when the on-off lever was actuated. No end of tightening would keep the base from turning. As an aside the parts designed for tightening will not do the job. I won’t go into how they should be redesigned. Back to my solution. There is a rubber gasket that sits between the base and the top of the counter top...it does nothing. It is too thin to contact both the base and the counter top. I loosened everything and pulled the base about 2 inches out of its hole. I cut the gasket and removed it. I then put down a thick bead of RTV and retightened everything. Cleaned up the excess RTV that had gushed out from under the base and let it sit overnight. This morning everything was great. The base didn’t spin and no leaks (I had 11 possible connections that could have leaked as this was part of an instant hot water dispenser install). I’m happy now, but what a struggle. BTW, this $64 unit replaced a $212 Pfister faucet. This product is superior because the included hoses are far superior to the crap Pfister used for their hoses. Many reviewers said that they had trouble with this unit’s base spinning around. I had dismissed their comments as I assumed they had made errors during the install. They were right...but there is a solution. However, the manufacturer should reengineer the parts and method used for tightening.

We purchased this for our kitchen remodel as everything at big box stores were insanely expensive and I couldn't find what I was looking for! I love this faucet! Matched our new sink perfectly and I love that I can pull the head down and use it that way, or change the spraying function! I would buy this again!

This faucet is absolutely beautiful. It was easy to install, and the quality is top notch. Unfortunately for me I did not take into consideration the size of my sink so it is a bit big for my smaller sink. But that is my fault.The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that the faucet head does not point straight down (like a candy cane shape), instead, it angles out quite a bit so the water shoots out at an angle which you have to get used to. If you look closely at the picture you will see what I mean. If I had realized this I would not have ordered it especially with a smaller sink.

I found this faucet to be of very good quality. I spent double on my original faucet when we remodeled our kitchen 4 years ago and the quality of this faucet is as good or better. The best part so far is the faucet came with all the hardware needed to install including new hoses and different size reducing fittings to accommodate to the shutoff valves. Not one trip to the harware. Time will see how it holds up.

The sprayer switch is difficult to adjust as well as the faucet handle. Control the flow of water is difficult from this faucet. However, for the price its worth it and looks good.This is my second review of this item. After several weeks the faucet began to leak from the base of the handle. I called customer service at Ufaucet and they immediately replaced the faucet. The new faucet works perfect and we are very happy with it. The first faucet was just defective. I would give ufaucet customer care a 5 for their response.
