ZIZO Bolt Series for Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Plus Case | Heavy-Duty Military-Grade Drop Protection w/ Kickstand Included Belt Clip Holster Lanyard (Blue/Black)

Just received my case for the Note 10 plus, ive always enjoyed the Bolt series. Looks and feels sturdy, reliable on accidental drops. One major thing that is a issue and hopefully ZIZO will help correct. Is when your viewing your camera in Ultra Wide mode, part of the case shows in the view, in my case because i got the Red and Black i have a red line in my photos . Another issue with the case im having, which hasent been an issue before on other versions of the bolt case is the kickstand wont stay clicked in all the way , nothing looks broken. PLEASE ZIZO help me, i love this case but these minor issues are kinda annoying****UPDATE*****Within 30 min of writing this review and sending it to Zizo as well they responded and are shipping me a replacement case, Awesome service, really fast to respond. Will update when replacement case arrives**** UPDATE 2 *****Just received my replacement case, shipping was super fast, but none of the problems were fixed, camera is still slightly obstructed when viewing Wide Angle mode, and kickstand does not stay in. Hopfully they fix this or at the very least maybe I can tinker with it and fix it myself, I really like these cases and still think they are worth it

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  This case is a breath of fresh air! The case is super solid and has amazing grip. You can feel the quality and durability from the first second that you hold it. The case and the included holster are completely covered with a rubberized material that feels good to the touch. It works seamlessly with my curved glass screen protector ( whitestone dome). It comes with a quality lanyard that attaches to the lower left corner of the case and also has a "quick detach" feature that allows you to detach from the lanyard without having to take the lanyard completely off of your neck. It comes with a phone holster that has a belt clip. The holster feels super rugged and quality, just as the case does. The holster itself also doubles as a kickstand. Another cool feature that I was not aware of before I purchased the case is that there is a credit card slot located on the inside of the phone holster that will hold 1 credit card. The card slides in and out with ease.Conclusion: This is truthfully the absolute best case I have came across in a long time. It feels good and less stressful knowing my expensive Note 10+ is going to be safe and will survive the drop. The case just feels good all around. I love the belt holster and the included lanyard and was super relieved that it works with a tempered screen protector. I had never used a lanyard before but its actually quite handy. I have dropped my phones alot in the past when I would get out of my truck and forget my phone was on my lap.....and then watch in Slo-Mo as my device bounces off of the pavement lol the lanyard is sweet. But the style might not be for everyone. My wife wanted pink and thought it looked too "dude-ish" but after putting hers on her phone she liked it, but that obviously wont be the case for everyone. But if you want a rugged case that's super quality and looks great, then definitely buy this case, it really is amazing.

I loved this case, it came in my favorite color, it had a stylish design but it has it's flaws and unfortunately they are deal breakers.Firstly the major problem that is there is of the case design itself, it blocks the wide angle camera field of vision and has black edges on top of the camera viewing area, secondly the kickstand does not clip in properly, it remains raised, like a cheap product, thus ruining the classy look of the device and case, thirdly the case is too tight once you place the phone in, you have to apply extreme pressure to either of the top or bottom corners to get the phone out, i felt like i might damage the phone, and felt helpless while removing the case, my thumb became black red with the pressure, i never seen a poor case like this, i am saddened to see that the saying what's beautiful outside, isn't beautiful inside, is true here.I am an international buyer i wish amazon helps me out here, there is no way I'll ever use this case.

Great protective case for your phone however it's not perfect.Pros:Love the sturdiness of the case.The holster is great and the belt clip is strong. The raised edges on the front of the case goes all the way around the front so the sides are fully protected.Cons:Buttons are very stiff but may become more responsive with use. The cutouts are almost perfect. The cutout around the camera interferes with photos in ultra wide photos just a small red line on the left side. Also with the edges raised high on the sides of the phone it interferes with the edge panel. You can still access it but you have to be precise when dragging it open.I like the case alot. If I could fix one thing it would be the camera cutout issue. I may take an exact knife to it if nothing can be done.I'm definitely keeping the case for work it does provide excellent protection.

I really like the case, save for two issues - one minor, one VERY FRUSTRATING.Thinks I like: - Rugged protection - Interesting design - Rugged kickstand - Easy access to portsThings that may have me use another case: - I find it to be slightly slippery * Perhaps I just need to moisturize my hands more often (lol) - Screen protector placement has to be very precise (if you use one) * This is keeping me from installing the $50 White Dome for the moment - Side buttons are very stiff * Using volume rockers are difficult with one hand at times - The case is VISIBLE when using the wide-angle camera/lens * This is very frustrating, as you would think this would appear during testing * I am assuming they just laser cut the case to the dimensions available, and never put the case on a phone

Buttons are hard to press, which makes power button difficult to use. The clip is not robust.Colour and design is nice but not really as useful as I hoped.

Good plastic & design, but bad thing is that it's very difficult to push the buttons, you need enough strength to do it. And if you want to turn on the camera by tapping 2 times the power button, it's also horrible. The same situation is for the doing screenshots, it's impossible.

It is not worth the money. It was the purchase after long research and thought. However, my phone screen is broken when I dropped my phone from my sofa to the wooden ground. This case is as heavy as my phone , but I wanted to use it only for my screen. But it was not functional after all. The grip is uncomfortable. And what is worse is the stand thing at the back. When I tried to use it to watch YouTube, I broke my nail because it was so stubborn. I cannot believe that the phone case was not able to protect my screen and nothing is good. I now think that because of its durability, it will take so long time to be composed even after I throw it away. Not good for me and not good for earth. My previous silicon case was way better than this.

Nice looking case, and strong too. I"ve dropped my Note 10 plus a couple of times already at construction sites and no damage. Wide angle lens is occluded slightly though. I'll probably have to slice some of the plastic off with an exacto knife. Other than that the case is as good as an Otterbox.

Se percibe muy resistente, mucha firmeza y materiales de muy buena calidad, es un poco "demasiado" rígida para meter y sacar el teléfono pero pues solo lo haces esporádicamente. La compre para un Note 10 plus y no lo hace ver demasiado grande, pero si más seguro. Sólo es un poquito dificil (duro) para sacar la grapa del soporte de atrás. En general Excelente.
