The media could not be loaded. The stove was packed well. The logs numbers where not really easy to read, but we figured it out. I love the size and look. We will let you know more after hook up.

I bought this gas stove in November 2019. It worked well the first year or two, but it would not light last year. The specialist worked over several sessions, realizing that if the batteries die or are changed, several steps must be taken to get the stove to light again. These steps are not in the instructions. Now one of the components is not working and no one at the number listed will return calls. I learned that I am not the only one to have these problems. I'm cutting my losses and tossing this lemon out.

Second one I’ve purchased.

Following all instructions in attempting to sink the remote to the fireplace did not work. Trying to call the Manufacturer was very frustrating since using the number that is in the manual tells you that you need to send them an email. Did that and now it has been 4 days since the last response. Still waiting. Very poor customer service. Also need to do a number of burns , so to speak to have the new burn odor go away.
