I am very pleased with this purchase. I have had the phones for 3 weeks. The phones do look and work like new. It was not in the original wrapping but the Panasonic phone manual was included with instructions how to pair up the 6th phone which is an extension added on to a 5 phone set. The volume is good. I can hear the callers and no complaints on callers hearing me. I have voice mail with the local telco so I get a stutter dial tone when I have a message. This phone will show there is vms from the phone co. I was concerned there was no mute button but the phone has it as a soft feature that appears and can be selected when a caller is on the line.

I'm very pleased with these phones. Now that I'm working from home, I needed a reliable set of cordless phones. These have some features I really love - the audible caller ID so I know who is calling even if I'm across the room, the bluetooth to pair my cell, and especially the audible "low battery" warning. With my old phones, the battery would sometimes die in the middle of a call with my boss, not good. The speaker works well, and the sound quality is fine.

This product DID NOT work for me. All of the phones fully charged, but the one that connected to the main base NEVER worked. It fully charged but NEVER gave a dial tone and never rang. I requested a refund and the company kept half of my refund because they said they tested the product and found it not to be defected. They were still fully charged when I sent them back, but if they plugged them into a phone jack, the one phone would only give a loud beep when you try to dial out. I WILL NO PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

Too a whirl to get them to find each other but seamless when left alone for a bit. Programming names a little clunky but got it done. So far works well. Very similar to last sets that lasted 5 years but had to replace all for flood damage to three of the previous models.

I replace an older set on Panasonic phones with these refurbished ones. The sound is clearer and the set up was easy, even for me a baby boomer. I don't get any drop off from the phones 60+ feet away from the base set. I recommend for the price too.

Wish I had not purchased this item.

I read the review's lot of them didn't like it .. so I thought to give it a shot ... the performance is great only if it came with a manual....the block feature is super....zeke

one of the phones didint work. i purchased this for my babrbershop , now one of my employes dont have a phone verry dissapointed !
