Exceeded my expectations!
Wow, new car smell in an office chair? Seriously, this chair is comfortable, so much so that I wanted to write this review today, the same day I got it and put it together. If my opinion changes after using it for awhile, I'll update accordingly, but right now it's awesome! Putting it together was easy, and the whole thing feels heavy and sturdy, yet it rolls around on my carpet surprisingly well. I would imagine on a hard surface it would feel like skating on ice. The lumbar pillow is just the right size for me, but I had to use "method one" in the instructions for the neck pillow. I'm 6'-4 250lbs, and I'm expecting the gas cylinder to not tolerate my weight all day based on what I've read, but for the last hour it's doing fine. The reclining feature was unexpected for me, not sure how I missed it, but you can lay nearly horizontal and not feel like you're going to tip over. The arm rests not only adjust up and down, but they slide in and out, getting my arms and hands closer to the desk, which for my situation makes it easier to type and navigate my work for long continuous periods. So far, 5 stars, no question.Update 6/1/16 - Just wanted to say that after 4 1/2 months of almost daily use, this chair still rocks ... pun intended ;) One thing I should mention is that new car smell - it took the better part of two months to dissipate, and in the first couple weeks it became downright annoying, to the point that I turned the ceiling fan on just so I wouldn't have to smell it. Not enough to keep me from buying this chair again, but definitely worth noting.Update 1/23/2019:Still very happy with this chair, but today I noticed the gas shock is sinking slowly over the course of the day. Took 2 1/2 years, but it's finally wearing out. I have since bought another DX Racer chair for my 2nd office, so neither chair gets 40 hour weeks, but you really can't beat the comfort of these things, even if I have to stand up 4 or 5 times a day to raise this one back up. As for the new car smell, the second one I bought wasn't nearly as bad as the first, only lasted a couple days and from the beginning wasn't as strong either.

Hard to assemble, but a good chair
Well, I thought I would write my review while I had just completed assembly of the DXRacer Series DOH/ROO1/NB Newedge. I had read that it only took 20 minutes to assemble, but it took me two and a half hours and it was a bitch doing it myself. You really should have two people doing this job. It takes two people to just pick the box up that the chair is shipped in. The instructions were poor and hard to read, which did not help the process. The chair is very well made with steel construction underneath. The various controls such as set adjustment etc.. all work well. The chair because of its construction is heavy but comfortable to sit in. The lumbar support and headrest are cheap, to say the least. I will look for better lumbar support and head rest elsewhere. The chair is sexy and looks like a great command chair, from which to journey the universe. I did have to contact the DXR folks for assistance, and they were very friendly and helpful. They sent me a video to show me how to do one step in the assembly process. I am happy with the chair, not how long it took to assemble and the head and back lumbar support. The chair really is a nice chari.

Awesome chair. Expensive, but a good investment.
These chairs are awesome. The material is soft and comfy and the cushioning supports well. There is an included neck and lumbar pillow that I didn't know was included. I sat in the char and my back pain immediately went away. The increased wheel size of 3 in. offers far better tracking across my carpet than my previous chair with smaller wheels. The arms are extremely adjustable. There biggest negative for the chair is the weight. The chair is thereby extremely cumbersome to move about. This is also a not a terribly bad thing though, because that weight is accompanied by an extreme sturdiness!

Underwhelming seat cushion comfort and cheap parts that shouldn't be there considering price.
Purchased this chair as I was tired of using a wooden dinner table chair with bed pillows for my PC gaming needs. Read the descriptions of the chairs DXRacer puts forth on the internet and overall this chair fits my body shape perfectly (6' 150-160 pounds). The product shipped via Fed-EX so I was not thrilled about having to be around at the exact moment that the courier arrived to be there to sign for the package. Once the chair arrived it took ~20 to 30 minutes for me to put the thing together. Attaching the metallic base to the chair is the most difficult part as it is fairly heavy and requires you to screw it on. During construction I noticed that I was missing 1 washer and when you pop on the plastic covers on the sides the chair was missing a suitable hole placement in the cover (I had to use a paper clip and poke my own hole in the vinyl fabric). I was also not thrilled about the really cheap adjustment knobs that you have to forcibly slide onto the tilt/locking mechanisms. For what I paid for the chair the adjustment handles were a joke.I find the arm rests to be equally pathetic/cheap considering what this chair cost me. They were not designed for the best comfort as there is hardly any padding on them at all. Luckily the arm rests were not an essential item that I was worried about, but if you game for extended hours I would expect my elbows to start hurting. Also I find the pillows to be somewhat of a gimmick. Overall, I find the pillows comfortable but I view this as a design failure in the chair due to the fact that you need them to be comfortable. In terms of back support the chair fits all of my needs. I can now game at a very upright angle which prevents me from getting all of the back pain that my previous chairs were giving me. The seat itself I find to be not quite soft enough for my body but it is something I can work with.Overall, I am left somewhat disappointed in the lack of comfort and cheap components that DXRacer provides with this particular chair. If I did not use my significant gift card on this purchase I would've been really disappointed in the amount of dollars that it costs. I plan on using this chair until it wears out but I feel like there were probably better options for me out there.Pros:Great back supportCan angle the back at multiple anglesRolls easyEasy constructionColors look goodMuch more comfortable than wooden kitchen chairCons:Cheap components (plastic armrests, plastic adjustment handles, side plastic covers that cover the screws)Missing components (1 washer, 1 hole in seat cover for inserting side plastic cover)The base of the seat is not soft/comfortable enough for mePillows are gimmickyPrice

No Quality Service for customers
Came with missing pillows. DxRacer contacted me and issued a full return but did not accommodate me for any extra benefits for going through this big hassle
