This brilliant item is sold without the canisters.CO2 chargers are NOT suitable neither are cannisters suitable for water syphons.Actually Amazon DOES NOT stock the correct charger anywhere in its site.So buyer beware.CO2 chargers suitable for air rifles are not what I would want in a kitchen appliance.With no suggestions from Amazon,and I added the health and safety risk. I reached out to the company that was coupled on the Amazon website, as a suitable canister??Since returned.They advised me with safety in mind. . You cannot buy the professional chargers for all isi whippers on Amazon.So glad that I have the correct item now. I feel safe and the recipes included with this whipped cream maker are delicious.

I bought this for a specific pudding recipe which suggests you use a charger to dispense lemon curd. I think the consistency I used the first time was wrong as nothing came out of the nozzle.. So I sacrificed half a tub of whipping cream and another gas cylinder and this time it worked! The results weren't perfect in terms of appearance as the 'whip' was a bit grainy but with practice, I think this will be quite a useful addition to my kitchen. And actually mixing the cream with the curd produced something quite delicious. The instructions are clear and easy to follow and I will certainly need them until I feel more confident.

Loved this product, easy to use, very good build quality, other reviews have problems with getting the right consistency however I found this product to have worked the first time with no issues, can store in the fridge afterwards. I use decent quality cartridges that were recommended with this product and had no issues. Worth buying if you want that Starbucks whipped cream at home or indulgent fresh desserts. Not much waste in the packaging.

Bought this for my wife - she loves it. She found that she gets the best results from using half whipping cream and half double cream. After using some of it and storing it in the fridge, it needs to be shaken a few times before use or the first few squirts will come out runny.

Overall, this whipped cream dispenser is okay. Sometimes it doesn’t work as smoothly as expected, but with some practice, it gets the job done. The overall experience is acceptable, though there’s definitely room for improvement.
