One of the best products I bought in the past 10 years.The electronic Dispenser button works great on regular days, the Manual Pump works great at ease on Shabbat.Highly recommended for daily and Shabbat use.

I love this brand because it is already toiveled and it lasts far beyond the warranty.

I've owned this for about 15 months, but it's in my 2nd home where I don't spend Shabbat often, I only use it occasionally - certainly no more than 20 times; but it has already stopped working. The cover doesn't close all the way, so all of the water evaporates by morning. I decided to write this review now since I'm on-line to order a replacement. I will not be buying this one again.

It works great to keep the water hot. So far no hard water buildup, and easy to use. Gave it a four star because the piece of plastic with the buttons has already started to bubble and I can only guess it is a matter of time until it cracks or peels off

I purchased this hot pot 14 months ago and the manual pump was flimsy. It seemed like one was required to push the pump button numerous times only to get a slow flow of water. Initially, this was not that concerning because most of the time we used the electric pump feature, which works just fine. However, as time went on, the manual pump became less and less efficient at pumping out water, until it suddenly decided to quit in the middle of Shabbat. No matter how hard, how many times the pump button is pushed, or how full the tank is, water simply doesn't come out. This is extremely frustrating and disappointing. I would have expected better quality for the price I paid.

Gets all beverages piping hot very fast. Great for Shabbos mode as well. The pump works great. One pump and you fill up an entire mug

The water evaporates too rapidly when you leave it on for a few days. The electric pump operates with too many bubbles of boiling water, causing small splashes onto the hand holding the cup. You need to stop pressing the button every few seconds to let the pump refill with water.

I got this for my wife. We love it. It has a Shabbat mode that disables the electric dispense button. The dispense button is big improvement over pushing down on a pump on the top (which you still have to do in Shabbat mode). Another advantage, you don't have to tovel it!
