Tastes great!
Love this cashew milk! Very creamy and not watery like the store bought almond milks.

Flavor is great but
The flavor is just what you want from a cashew milk. Im still finding it difficult to get it a smooth milk. It nothing terrible but I wish it could be a bit better. I will continue on my quest to blend the perfect cashew milk but the ratios provided on the label aren't what Im looking for. I use this in my tea so perhaps the temperature effects the texture. I will continue to buy as the flavor is what Im looking for.

Yummy
Love this, such an easy and healthier way to make almond/cashew milk! My daughter, husband and I love it. We enjoy adding it to our smoothies as well! 10/10 would recommend!

It's basically expensive cashew butter that has a weird chemical taste to it.
As a lot of other low-star reviews noted, I was excited about trying this product -- especially since it doesn't have any listed additives like other milk alternatives (almond milk, coconut milk, etc.). I bought it for smoothies, and it blends alright, but it has a very distictive chemical-like taste to it. I also realized that the only reason this product passes for creating "milk" is that the appearance of the nut-water looks similar to milk. The one positive is that it gave me the idea to just use regular peanut butter (or some other nut-butter) in the same manner. So, for smoothies, I'd just recommend blending your favorite type of nut-butter with water, and then adding your other ingredients before blending again. It'll save you a lot of money.

What is not to like? This is great cashew milk!
I purchased JOI Cashew Concentrate last March when everything was starting to shut down due to Covid19. I was afraid that I wouldn't be able to get cashew milk during the pandemic and was assembling a "survival kit." As it turns out, I was able to get various nut and oat milks without issues, so I never opened it. Today I was out of nut milk so I decided to try JOI. Wow! Great stuff! I'm enjoying a rich and delicious cafe au lait as I type this review. It's now December and I had to look back to find my March order and leave this review. All I can say is, If you are on the fence, buy it and try it. I can't wait to experiment with it in cream sauces and soups.

Essential pantry item
We started using Joi products at the start of the pandemic and have found that they hold up incredibly well post-apocalypse. I love using the almond/cashew milk concentrates for cooking. Perfect when you want just a cup or milk. It seems like the nut bases have even improved over the last year. I tried a glass of cashew milk made from the base and was blown away by the taste and texture. A pantry essential!

Overly Priced
The flavor is great. However there are a few things I dislike.1. The packaging is plastic instead of the glass container from the picture, it’s a mismatch between the description and the actual product.2. Even after high power blending for 1 minute to making about two cups of creamer, the mixture separates and there is a thick layer of nut deposits at the bottom; if I used the mixture right after blending, there is a gritty texture in my coffee.3. The suggested usage of 2 table spoons with 1 cup of water actually yields a very diluted creamer, I had to use at least 3 tablespoons for 1 cup of water to get it creamy enough for coffee.4. Due to reason #3, I don’t get a good value out of the product, I can only use the whole tub for about 18-20 cups of coffee, and that’s at least $1 additional for the creamer for every cup of coffee I drink. Not worth it.There was a previous comment about this product being a very expensive nut butter, I have to agree with this, with the content and nutritional value in the container, a similar organic nut butter product would only cost a fraction of the price. I even tried blending another much cheaper organic nut butter from local grocery store to see if I get similar results, and I did actually achieve the same result with a lot less I paid. That being said, I won’t recommend this product.

Versatile and tasty. Not my replacement for homemade
Flavor is great. Super convenient. Great for stirring into pasta or other dishes as a vegan sub for cream. I’ve been making my own cashew milk using 1 cup cashews, soaked and 3 cups water. It makes a VERY creamy milk that I can froth for my lattes. This is much thinner if made to directions. And too expensive (for me) to make it as thick as I would like it. Great for most People looking to replace store-bought, and I’ll always keep it around for when I forget to soak my cashews and cooking.
