Worth your time to truly own what you believe and who you are
To say @jenhatmaker has been a big influence on me is a tremendous understatement. Look at all those dog eared pages in all of those books! She has been one of my most consistent and favorite teachers for many years now. I don’t recall when I first discovered her work but I do remember watching her and her family on HGTV’s #mybigfamilyrenovation when we lived in KS so I’ve been a #jenion for at least 6-7 years now and am so proud to be a part of her community through her writing, speaking, teaching, podcasting, and social media presence. I love how real, relatable and authentic she is and have used her books as launching pads in each new state we have moved to to dive deeper into community right away. Her books allow for amazing discussion to be and share your true self. Her latest book Fierce, Free, and Full of Fire is no exception, however, this one hits harder and dives deeper. It’s a slower read to process even when you want to devour it like her others. These are books to come back to and glean from each time through. Give this new book to all the women in your life whether they are graduating and starting fresh, needing some encouragement and fire in the middle, or to keep their spark blazing to keep doing their good work. This is a book about owning up, asking hard questions, and being free to be who you truly are without apologies. “We absolutely can become more genuine women, proud of who we are, thrilled about where we are going, grateful for the skin we live in.” The shareable quotes are endless, hence all the dog eared pages. I’m so excited to share #fiercefreeandfulloffire with my friends and grow more in my friendships and community in the weeks ahead.

A life changer and a game changer!
Oh, this book. It is life-changing.Here I am, at age 43, a stay at home mom of kids who are in elementary school, wondering if this is it for me. If this is all there is, and if I have nowhere else to grow or go. And this book hits - like a fist to my very soul. There are dreams to be followed, a life to be lived, and a world to change. And my body (with her squishy middle and fondness for homebaked desserts) will get me where I need to go, the way she always has. And I will love her for it, squishy middle and all. This isn't just a self help book. It's a book filled with truth and love and amazing insight. It is a guide to learning who we truly are, and living that truth at whatever volume is natural to us. It doesn't tell us to be like anyone but ourselves. Unabashedly, beautifully, completely ourselves. And that is a rare and wonderful thing.I particularly love the Kindle version because I can see where other readers highlighted passages. It makes me feel more connected to this wonderful community of readers. And I found that passages that resonate with me also resonated with others. It makes me feel less alone in my feelings. I'll need the audio version eventually, because I hear there's some extra content there, and I can't miss out on any content!Buy this book. Read this book. Take it to heart and build that life you were truly meant to have. I wish I could buy it for every female friend I have, because we all need to hear what it has to say. Thank you for this book, Jen. You have no idea what it has done for me.

A much needed dose of courage
Jen Hatmaker is an inspiring author and one my favourite “friends I haven’t met yet”. I initially became acquainted with her work when I read “Of Mess and Moxie” a couple of summers ago and fell in love with how authentic this lady is! I recently had the privilege of reading “Fierce, Free, and Full of Fire” and have been given a much needed dose of courage, particularly in this season of surviving a worldwide pandemic. My friend Jen offers us hope and encouragement to not just merely survive, but to truly live our best lives even in the face of fear and uncertainty. I promise you that after you read “Fierce” you will also consider Jen your friend... and couldn’t we all use a friend right now? Enjoy dear ones!

The author is the title
The title Fierce Free and Full of Fire aptly describes Jen Hatmaker's soul and one can add honest, courageous and compassionate. Her energy will rub off on you. I loved it. Skipped the religious bits. It is, especially, an invaluable book for young women.. have given it to my granddaughters and grandson's girlfriend.

Buy and read this book this ASAP
While I know that the middle of a pandemic maybe didn’t seem an ideal time for a book release, I believe it was indeed just the right time. So many of us are now taking some time to reflect and refocus our attention on life. I ate this book up! There are so many nuggets of truth that bore down on my heart. I finished reading it 1 month less 2 days ago. I have let it soak in. In 2 days I will begin a more in depth read through. Please, ladies- treat yourself to some soul food! Let us all shine bright together! ❤️❤️

Must Read!
This book is fantastic. Equal parts hair petting and ass kicking. Gentle in all the ways yet also inspiring and, well, ass kicking. The way Jen speaks in this book to body image I will carry with me forever. She reminds me, "Although you may hate her, noone else does."I love that this book contains a healthy footnotes section filled with respected authors and researchers. The facts and truths this book contains are not merely observations she has had but are based on research and hard work. This book is fantastic and I highly recommend it!
