Burned hair off at 180F.

Says on package, able to withstand heat up to 400F.My Chi straightener was only on 180 and the hair burned...Never remembering this happening when I bought from a beauty supply store.Will buy from there next time and see if I have the same issue.

As close to real you'll ever have

I used this product for SEVERAL Years. I absolutely love this hair and had I known I could order myself I could have saved $$$$'s over the years. If you ever try this product and don't saturate with unnecessary products - you will love it.it takes practice to maintain longevity however, if you continue to use it then you'll feel you got your money worth.
