I found this to be a value for the money. a ten ounce glass of water and a one-third cup of powder blended brought a reduction of 100 points down from a blood sugar of 300 to 200 in 20 minutes. User CAUTION: The caveat here is that Everyone should do a much lower amount to see where your tolerance level is, but this stuff works. Better than Metformin in my opinion. Will buy again.

Im trying to better my health but this poduct may expose me to LEAD? Wow! I rather get poisened by lead from a cheaper brand, but Starwest Botanicals, wow, im so dissaapointed. I have purchased so many herbs from you all. Never again!

Wow is this stuff potent! I mix a heaping Tbs in 4-5 oz of water. The taste is very bitter to me. No wonder Gymnema Sylvestre Leaf is said to curb a sweet tooth (one of the reasons I bought it, but other superb health benefits, too), which it absolutely does! That's because it leaves such a bitter aftertaste in my mouth, I don't want to eat anything!

This is a great product to take away that sugar taste bud...I have been using this product for about 2 years now..I mix it with flax,spirulina,tumeric in a small cup of 30% almond milk..It took awhile to acquire a taste for it...This does work..
