We use several Sharp XR-10S projectors and the brown figure-8 connector shown is NOT the right shape, so be careful what you order. Our projector requires a connector that's shaped like a backwards B. - This may be related to the review by "Sharp Man".

The bulb burst immediately following installation. After hiring someone to come and remove the projector from the stand on our high sanctuary ceiling, replacing the bulb, and placing it back on the stand the bulb burst once it was powered on.

Works as expected. Glad to have it.

This replacement bulb, although not a genuine Sharp product, works great in my old Sharp DT-100 projector. Out of the box, the bulb is bright enough, and the color seems fine.Of course, the true test is whether the bulb holds up over time. My original bulb had an acceptable, but not great lifespan; hopefully, this bulb will last at least that long.

The order and delivery time was ok. But the lamp is from poor quality. I received one that, according to a qualified servisse it already shows signals of defective manufacturing and its going to fail soon. I, by myself, have noticed bubbles marks on its external surfasse, altought I didn't realize what this means.

I purchased one of these bulbs about a year and a half ago for my sharp projector in my theater room (Basement). Currently I have about 150 hours on the bulb, and it's still going strong. I purchased a second one about a year ago for a second projector I picked up. I only use that one occasionally, and it's working well. The third one (most recent purchase), I bought as a spare, because I noticed the price was reduced, and that could mean they might stop carrying them. Better safe than sorry.So far I'm very happy with the product.Delivery was fast and trouble free.

I bought this lamp for my Sharp XV-Z3000 projector and this lamp burned out in less than 6 months with less than 4 hours/week use. The projector came with the house when we bought it and this projector is a pretty old model so I'm not sure where the problem really was but, as the title suggests, it did not work well for me.
