Q: Is this a plastic tool, or an enzyme powder/crystals, a liquid, or some combination?

It is enzyme based although a plastic tools comes with it. However, I have never found it necessary to use the tool, as the powder has always been sufficient to clear out our drains.

Q: How do these differ from power plunger?

This product can be used in a sink and toilet. Powder plunger can only be used in a toilet.

Q: Is this stronger vs your disolve liquid product? That didn't clear slow flushing toilet?

My kitchen sink clog didn't work with drano gel, zep crystals nor the liquid version of this product, but the powder worked. it only worked when i left it overnight. 30min or 3 hours didn't completely unplug it. so, use the powder OVERNIGHT. might have to use 2-3 packs.

Yes Safe for all septic systems! It's a proprietary blend of non hazardous ingredients
