It is probably clogged with skin and hair cells, and if it is a nose hair trimmer probably the little booger got plugged up. remove the battery, take the head off and apart down to the blades if possible, clean it and then give it a small drop of 3in1 oil or blade trimmer oil, put it back together and it should work. If it still doesn't work, time to buy a new one.
