I love this brand. I love the 3 bottles for the price. The first time I needed to refill the product it was not available. I'm so happy it came back. I find that I can eat as normal, but I noticed that I can go almost all day before I feel hungry again. There is no jitters, or any other side affect. I just feel normal. It just dawned on me that I had not eaten that mid day meal, or even realize that I just was not hungry. This product makes me eliminate every morning. Where as I used to go every couple of days. If you are trying to lose weight, this product will definitely help.

I love this product. When I take it twice a day on a regular schedule, it has the best results, I have been losing weight gradually over the past year and with this product I haven't had to change my daily routine or diet, to do so. I'm pretty sure that if I did put more effort into exercise or my nutritional habits, this product would would be even more effective. But that's a personal choice.

I've been taking this since Nov. I was extremely skeptical because I tried all the other junk out there. I eat 25 to 30 carbs a day with a splurge meal every week. I was looking for a supplement that boosts my metabolism and my large appetite when I came across this item. After a little over a week of trying this out, I noticed that my cravings have gradually lessened. Usually, I would eat around 2-3 large portions a day; nowadays after using this, I can only have 2-3 small-medium sized portions and then I'm pretty full. I also get pretty bloated after I'm done eating, but after taking this pill I'm not extremely bloated anymore. Sometimes I am, but it goes away relatively quickly now.
