I love the product, and it holds my fat belly in (helping the peristomal hernia), but I am RIGHT between sizes (S & M), and one is too tight (or velcro burn on skin from too short), and the other too long (edge of velcro overlapping stoma itself... Wish there were adjustments to alleviate this problem, because they don't serve the purpose if you can't wear them. One of the only belts with a 2.36" opening (fits Sensura Mio click).

I wear this belt when I watch my 10 mo. old grandboy or when I plan to be more active, really rely on it’s support. I love it’s breathability! However, I’m limited to the time I can wear it because of the following.I wish it were 1” more narrow because it rolls down from the top because of my rib cage. I also get a sore spot on the top of my leg from the bottom corner of the stiff square that holds the stoma opening when sitting. The Velcro rolls on the edges & really digs into my rib & leg when sitting. I am 5’ 2.5” & weigh 130# & ordered a medium.

the standard 3" belt no longer holds me in adequately. I wanted a wider belt for the summer water aerobics class. This one fits the bill perfectly. It feels stiff out of the box but adapts to the water just fine. I feel more comfortable with the extra support. Just so you know, this comes from China. Like for real China. The box writing and instructions are in Chinese and shipping was 6 to 8 weeks. Worth the wait.

This works great for my urostomy hernia. A little stiff but otherwise comfortable.

Was looking for a hernia belt forever. Saw this and purchased it. Very happy with it.
