Great Coverage
Absolutely love this umbrella. We usually entertain in the summer time, and while nosing around I found this. I will say the green is not as bright as it looks in the picture, but I'm happy with that. I actually prefer the forest green color better than the displayed green. The Le Papillion umbrella is heavy. Having someone help you secure it in the base would be easier. I did manage to do it with my younger sibling. Most normal people can probably set it up with only one person, but I'm not the brightest bulb when it comes to this. The base we have is actually too small for this umbrella. The pole is too wide to fit it, not that I'm complaining. Its very heavy duty, even the crank that opens the umbrella feels durable. The material feels like some type of water proof canvas. I was yanking it around in order to hold the umbrella upright and had no problems. Assembly was really easy as well. There's literally one thing to do. Fasten both poles together and crank it open.Pros:- Sturdy canvas material- Extension poles are super sturdy- Easy assembly- Great coverageCons:- Rather heavy (more awkward)- Pole length is not adjustable.

It’s large with thin fabric
Replacing my 5 year old 13 foot premium Sunbrella because the tilt Knuckle is failing. My fault. I guess if I would have closed it more frequently during the wind and rain storms I would have had it longer. I’m comparing this umbrella against that one which was almost 3 times the price. I wanted something large enough to extend over my 10Foot table so I went this route Just unboxed it: First thing I noticed is the pole is larger by at least 1/4 inch not an issue perfectly fits in the table holeOnce opening Its Definitely a BIG umbrella and may require help piecing it togetherMechanically looks sound Open & close movements smooth There is no tilt feature but that’s perfectly I never used it anyway and it would be dangerous if it didThe downside is the fabric coveringIt’s definitely thinner and able to see thru but with my previous one not but I did pay more for the previous one. I have to see how it Stands up to rain while Is one of the reasons I went this large I’m going to coat it with Neverwet to helpSummary mechanically looks goodCovering looks too thin to withstand heavy wind or rainTime will tell. I come back after a few storms

Large and very pretty!
I measured my patio before ordering this umbrella, and hoped it would not overwhelm the space. It didn't, and it is the perfect size for a table for 6 with chairs. Probably could squeeze a couple of extra chairs under if needed. I bought the red 15 foot umbrella and it works well, goes up and down smoothly, and water beads up on it and rolls off. I hope to get 2 years use out of it. We spend a lot more time on our patio because this umbrella provides much needed shade. It does fade very quickly and after less than a year of use it is a muddy pinkish tan color. The fabric is somewhat thin, but has held up well. Aside from the fading, I like this umbrella. We bought the stand that goes with it and filled it with sand and have had no problems. We live on a hill at the base of the Blue Ridge mountains and we frequently get pretty strong wind gusts. We do take care to lower the umbrella when we have high wind warnings, but so far no problems with it blowing over. Until we build a pergola, this will do very nicely. It's very pretty!

We just put it up so no comment on durability but it looks and feels like good quality and it is huge - lots of shade which was my need. Don’t be discouraged if at first you think it won’t fit. If you have the ring in the center hole take that out. There is a little plastic tube on the pole of the umbrella- take that and put it in the stand pole at the right place and it is the perfect thickness to replace the ring

Perfect for large patio sets
I purchased this umbrella to cover a six-foot table with six chairs and it worked perfectly. The only issue is the cover faded very quickly considering it wasn't exposed to the sun for extended periods of time.. The fabric is not the best quality. It still looks okay from the underside so I can live with it.Update:. Here it is, August 2020 and this faded umbrella has done amazingly well. Underside still looks great. The cording that operates the umbrella still looks new. As a matter of fact, everything still looks new except the top.

Color faded almost immediately and having some problems with the crank. It was a good price and buys us a season to shop for one with fade resistance. It does looks nice though and is big.Would like to update. This company contacted me and their customer service and response are to be commended. They are genuinely interested in customer satisfaction.. They replaced the canvas cover for the umbrella without hesitation and continue follow up. Looking forward to the pine pollen season to pass so I can put up the new umbrella. We particularly love the size and shape of it.

Great value, good quality.
We were very pleased with the coverage provided by this large umbrella. The pole is heavy-duty (larger diameter than most typical round market umbrellas). We bought and installed 2 strings of solar lights to really bring this umbrella to life. We will see if the fabric fades or holds up to the sun’s rays.

Huge coverage, easy getting up/down. Concerns about fabric life, its seperating after 1 season
Love it overall. Easy to raise/lower. Only problem, maybe a biggy, will see in Spring, is that for some reason the material looked to have rubbed (?) or started to tear in a couple small areas. I just noticed it when i'd taken it doen to stow. Otherwise it's the best pool deck cover around. I've recommended it to everyone who visits, have seen 2 others pop up around the neighborhood.So.... durability of cover material my ony, but significant, concern.
