Works like a new one and was shipped packed very well.
My charging cable was not making contact where it plugs into computer. Called Company and they sent me a new one right away. Now everything is up to par.

Dangerous charger included
The media could not be loaded. The first problem I noticed was that the computer is too heavy. Secondly, and most importantly the charger, which was generic for this Dell computer, was horrible and quite dangerous. Not only does the connection not work well as I always had to finagle the connection to make the green light come on but when it did come on, the charger became extremely hot, to the point where I actually burned my finger. I couldn’t believe how blazing hot the charger got when it’s receiving power. So I took a cooking thermometer and put it under the charger. See the video I posted. The temperature reached 120 degrees!!! Try picking that up!!! I’m not sure who’s doing quality control on these items but chargers like this should never be sent to customers.

False Advertising
Nowhere in the description did this seller state that this was a refurbished computer. They hide a little graphic in the photo that they are a refurbisher but nowhere in the text. I guess we are supposed to just guess.Anyway, computer showed up with scratches, scuffs, and the keyboard area is all sticky. Will NEVER do business with BAP again.
