Excellent, Good Looking Protective Eyewear!
Kevin's wife writes: I experienced a horrific eye injury playing tennis. Essentially I was hit in the eye with a volley at the net hit by the tennis pro. I ended up tearing off the top of my eye!! Needless to say, I never wanted to suffer this kind of injury again, but wanted to continue playing tennis. I do not wear prescription glasses or contacts, so I am sensitive to wearing any type of glasses. Also, I was worried that I would look ridiculous wearing "sport goggles" to play in my 3.5 ladies league (vanity...). I will tell you that these glasses are perfect!! You actually don't see them as a huge focal point on your face because they are clear. They are large enough to cover the eye area, but not overly large. There was no fogging, and they fit snugly. After a while, I basically forgot that I was wearing them. I did a ton of research before buying these glasses and am thrilled that I picked these ones. The best price was on Amazon. I am sure there are more expensive glasses for outdoor use, but we are in the indoor season here in the midwest, so these are perfect. I did not want to mess with switching out lenses for the seasons which I noticed was on option on more expensive "tennis" brands, especially considering the excellent price point for these glasses. I plan to get another pair to have on hand in case I don't have my racket up and get beamed again :-) Ektelon Strobe Eyewear Clear

Good Sturdy Fog Free
As a player of over 37 years I have gone through some glasses. I lost a pair that I have been playing with for over 10 years. After five pair that did not work I purchased these and have been very pleased with them. They fit well, are comfortable to wear, strap not needed and so far no foggy lenses. I played eight games of B level doubles today and they were as clear when I finished as they were when I started, and I sweat a lot!The only reason I did not rate them as a five is as far as comfort goes they fall short somewhat compared with the ones I lost; however, they are a keeper.UPDATE; Just purchased my 2nd pr, I took a hit directly on the upper center of the glasses recently, the glasses flew off my face and one of the ear frames broke off when the glasses hit the floor, no cuts or bruises, great glasses!!!

VERY CHEAP, NOT DURABLE AT ALL
Poorly constructed. This is my second pair in a year, this set purchased 6 months ago. I don't play often, nor do I play at a high tempo. I didn't drop them or abuse them, just came out of my bag like what the photo shows. All pieces are snapped in with the exception of the ear holder pivots. I probably qualify for a warranty replacement, lets see if the company cares enough to contact me. Find a better constructed set.

Awesome if you get hit in the face a lot. Otherwise meh.
I bought these on the basis that everyone seems to love them. Unfortunately, I don't. Note the clear plastic 'pad' that goes across the top of the glasses? This rests on your brow, and if you get hit in the face, you will be very glad it is there to distribute the force to your forehead instead of just the bridge of your nose.I endeavor to not get hit in the face much (first rule of not getting hit in the face- don't turn around and watch your opponent crush your serve), so I find that this 'pad' just makes my brow sweat more than usual, causing fog and sweat in my eyes. These aren't the worst glasses, but I prefer the E Force Chrystal Wrap that I had lost and have since replaced, as there are no fog issues.I'll take my chances with getting hit in the face as I'm sure it will hurt more with the E Force, but I prefer to see when I am playing.

Eyewear Review
The eyewear arrived on-time, as promised. I've been playing with them for about one month now (once per week/1.5 hr games)and I give them a 3-star rating.Pros: Good visibility, light-weight, don't fall off while playing (Ektelon includes a safety strap which I recommend using), cost.Cons: Plastic covering along top of lense doesn't do a good job channeling away sweat. Lenses don't fog up, however, a steady stream of sweat does leak onto the lense. Recommend using a headband to keep the lenses clear. During my last match, I removed the glasses and the lenses came apart from the frame. I simply snapped them back in place and continued on...I'm not sure how much longer they will hold together. In the end, I'm happy with the glasses; however, I will be looking for something more durable and long-lasting. The $22 I paid was reasonable, but I need something more reliable and I guess a little more expensive.

Good for more than Racquetball
Great lightweight glasses. Since every part is clear/transparent they allow your peripheral vision to detect movement and objects infinitely better than goggles with opaque parts. Because of this they have made a great pair of bicycling glasses in addition to racquetball. The vents in the top of the glasses allow plenty of air through and I have never experienced fogging of any amount. And they are comfy, I wear them for hours at a time and completely forget they're there. They stay on my head just fine without the included head band, but I have a large head so those with smaller heads might need to use it.

Great protection
Great protection has already taken a couple hits. They are not fog proof but nothing really is. They were a little tight on my big head but a heat gun fixed that quickly. I have no problem seeing the ball and only fog up when I have played for a few hours. The strap keeps them in place easily without any major adjustments needed during a game. Overall a great product I would recommend to anyone that needs d a good pair of goggles.

These glasses are probably the best goggles I've ever personally tried
These glasses are probably the best goggles I've ever personally tried. The vented design does keep the goggles mostly free of fog (and I sweat a lot during games). They seem quite sturdy. I'm a small woman and the fit is great.
