Use twice a day for results!
I cannot rave about this enough. It has rescued my skin on so many occasions now. I am prone to cystic/hormonal acne breakouts and alongside the overnight serum this has saved my skin these past few weeks. Went on a binge and bought some more bottles so I never run out. First tried this a few years ago (it’s packaging has changed a few times since then) I always return to it when my skin becomes problematic. It has genuinely helped when i have been on the border of needing antibiotic treatment and I have used this religiously and it’s worked wonders. Twice daily.

Works great and leaves the skin feeling matte and fresh after use.It did not solve all my issues but it helped. Make sure to use it twice a day if your skin is quite oily.

Inconsistent results on menopausal acne skin... but will persevere!
I initially thought the pump mechanism on this bottle was broken... but having seen there is a tiny little tab on the top to pull off before use, I was on my way! The product itself is nice - it's not too thick but thick enough you can get it on your face from your hands without losing any. It feels absolutely lovely rub in. It's really silky and soft and did not cause any irritation on my skin which can be very sensitive. My skin felt nice after washing. In the mornings my skin feels quite tight - but when I touch it is still feels soft and not dry as I was expecting.I moisurise after use and used some of the FreeDerm Fast Track on my 40 something skin which has patches of very red hormone related acne... not so much in the day (where I find it is still red) but in the mornings when I get up, my acne is barely visible after using these products. I'm not sure why when I wash my face and do the same routine in the mornings, the spots look angry and red all day... and yet having done the routine at night is almost invisible when I get up. Who knows?? Anyway, I'll keep up the routine and see what happens. So far, especially with night time results I'd say its reducing the appearance if spots rather than curing them... but any reduction in redness is a result for me... although at the moment the only real benefit is at night when I'm asleep!I'm not sure if my menopausal acne even has the same cause as teenage acne so it's unfair to lower the rating on the basis I'm not getting completely consistent results as there is nothing in the advertisement to say it would benefit my particular skin issue. However, having been on the quest for so long for a product that will work for me, I wanted to give it a try. It's a nice product, it feels beautiful on the skin. I'd use this as a regular cleanser... I'll keep using and update with any further improvement! I think for the price, its worth a go if you're struggling with your skin.

A Good Effective Cleanser
I've used this in place of my normal nightly cleanser as have a small breakout on my chin area and jawline, but when I still suffered with very active adult acne I used various products from Freederm consistently and always found them very effective so felt confident using this and trusting it wouldn't dry my skin out too much like some acne-prone cleansers can, which I know only makes my break-outs worse.Thankfully I now only have to deal with occasional small breakouts - typically little ones in response to certain food types I know I shouldn't eat but can't always be helped - and a current breakout from a very indulgent couple of weeks food-wise has definitely been helped using this along with the night cream, and especially in terms of my break-out not spreading. Skntone does seem more even, which is possibly tdie to this evening out the redness a little by softening the contrast between angry red spots and paler surrounding skin. Even just psychologically my skin feels really clean after using this and then using the night cream straight after leaves me feeling a lot more confident I won't wake up with any more unwanted facial guests

Cleanser for problematic skin
Since having treatment through dermatology for my acne prone skin, I still like to use anti-breakout products such as these as I do still suffer with oily skin and small little pumples and sometimes small breakouts.I would normally use a face wash, but don't mind a cream type cleanser as it helps prevent my skin from being overly dry, which it also suffers from! This is easy to use and dispensed via a pump. I gently massage into my skin then remove with a warm cloth. Skin feels fresh, clean and not dried out.I haven't used producs by this range before and I'm happy enough with this cleanser so I wouldn't hesitate to get it again.

Good cleanser,that is overpriced.
This is a purifying cleanser/facewash that has a particular emphasis on helping to prevent spots.Well I don't suffer from acne,so I will be utilizing this as a face wash.This Freederm cleanser is presented in an upright bottle,with a pump down dispenser and transparent cap.The pump down dispenser has a plastic seal/stopper that can be reused.The cleanser is in the form of a white liquid,that has no scent.The recommended usage is 2 pumps,twice a day.I found that 1 pump from the dispenser,was sufficient enough to thoroughly clean my face.The cleanser does a good job of cleaning your face,but at £9.14 is very expensive for what it is.

Very effective cream cleanser
I actually buy the Freederm range for my husband, who’s had rosacea, dry and spot prone skin all his life, and he’s in his 60s. This cream cleanser does help to calm his skin (although it can leave it a little dry, he uses their moisturiser afterwards) and it does control the flare ups, which only happen when his skin is irritated, so this is very effective.This particular cleanser is a tad more expensive than some of the others in their range but a little goes quite a long way so it still is good value.I like the pump dispenser, and the fact that all the ingredients are tested to avoid irritation of the skin, so as you can see I’m a fan of the brand.
