Very relaxing
I'm not sure how much it really does but I do feel great after a bath with this. I use it after exercise and definitely feel better afterwards so hopefully its helping with recovery. Smells nice too, not too strong.

Love Westlab Recover bath salts
Loved the fresh smell of these bath salts, which I used in my first baths following knee surgery. After weeks of quick showers it was wonderful to get a bath and soak again whilst resting my leg on the corner to keep the wound dressings from getting wet. I couldn't use bubble baths or oils so needed something salt based to ensure my wound stayed clean and infection free when I washed around it. This 1kg bag was bought for around £3.50,, which was a good price, but when I wanted to buy again the price had more than tripled. I wasn't willing to pay an excessive price so sadly haven't repurchased, although I will if it returns to its original price.

thanks ever so much for salts it is great for the pains in my legs they are very painful not even morphine gets rid of it the doc says they cannot do no more for me.but your salts certainly eases them thanks again carry on selling it to megards sandra
