Doesn't work well
This remote as well as another one that is similar doesn't always work. Sometimes I have to take the batteries out and put them back in. I switch back and forth between the controllers. If one doesn't work I will use the other one and get lucky if it works. These after market controllers are defective. I need to get ahlod of TCL and get an OEM remote.

Doesn't work. The arrow buttons don't work, the volume control doesn't work, even tried new batteries. Just not a stellar product. In all fairness, I didn't attempt a return, not sure if it's worth it for the price we paid, still....definitely not worth the purchase.

the dogs liked this one more than me
the dogs chewed this one up.the buttons on this remote require more force to create a response. the original remote does not require such a strong press. i prefer the lighter touch.

I love cats and this I love this remote. Everyone knows it's mine so they keep their hands off. You should get one.

Works great for my TCL!
Remote works great. I put in a couple batteries, and it worked perfectly right out of the box. The sleeve for it is absolutely adorable.
