I bought Anbernic RG350 to play games which I played years ago on my NES and Gameboy Advance, although I was astonished when I read that it also supports SNES, retro Sega systems and the biggest surprise, which is PS1 games support. Outstanding! Several other systems are supported too.I know that there are a lot cheaper options, although I am aware that most of them do not support game progress saving or are simply poor quality.In my opinion RG350 is an absolute minimum if you want a good quality console.Build quality is good, there are no assembly issues and materials are nice in touch.Controls are: 2 pretty accurate analogs, D-Pad and 8 game buttons + other functions buttons like Start or Select.Screen is really good and offers 320x240 resolution (3.5 inch), which is enough to see details needed for flawless gaming. I would only suggest to buy a screen protector for it.Sound is ok, I found no issues with it during the playtime.Coming back to games...The console itself has just several games installed as well as all required emulators. The source of games is a microSD card which (out of the box - but double check with the seller) contains all beloved classics which you might imagine. Well, the most of them anyway, but if something is missing, then you can download your own ROMs from internet and transfer them to a microSD card. I found all classic games I required (like Chip & Dale or Ducktales for NES) or whole collection of Mario games for GBA. There is also several games for PS1, although I would suggest to download and keep only the ones you want as they take the massive amount of space.Performance is absolutely stunning thanks to a 1.0 GHz, dual core processor and 512 MB RAM. It is an incredible feeling to be able to play all these games by having them all in your pocket like with GBA years ago or even better, being able to play NES, SNES, Sega or PS1 games in the same great way.I can recommend RG350 to any retro games fan as well as someone who would like to show these games to a younger generation.Great product!

Overall very happy with this. It's well built and doesn't feel like some of the disposable plastic handheld that are so cheap. The variety of game systems supported is fantastic. Although a few of the emulations/emulators do have some issues for the majority of titles you'll not notice any slowdown or frameskipping. Battery life is solid and it charges quickly too.

Wow Simply amazed at this little gadget for retro lovers . This is my first Chinese retro handheld console I did my research before getting fixated on this model because of its very good reviews of build quality and ease of playing retro games and also adding own ROMs... I am so glad I didn't change my mind as this was on bit of a pricer side but it's definitely worth it.. I am a great fan of Amiga and commodore 64 although those two emulators are not installed by default but you can easily add them by downloading on the app folder in the SD card very straight forward... I also want to mention that I have all the raspberry pis and I do enjoy retropie on it but I needed something handheld but didn't want raspberry pi handheld as it no matter what it becomes quite bulky if I go with r pi 4 ..Speed of the console is very good no hiccups in anything I tried from old to demanding psx1 ..Well if you are a retro fan this is exactly you need .. amazing gear to have :)

Wow, this is a great little console that can play games with emulators up to a PS1. The buttons are great, the screen is great, its easily customisable and I love the small form factor it has. If, like I was, you are reading reviews and not 100% sure if you should purchase this, let me reassure you - Just buy it, you won't regret it!

I was excited to have received this to give this as a christmas present to someone. I decided to give it a test before handing it over, though. I installed the card that came with it, and turned it on.Once I booted up one of the games on the system, within about 10 seconds, the screen flashed, and went back. The console refuses to turn back on. Won't reset, won't power on. There's just a faint green light on the thing that won't change.I'd suggest looking elsewhere if you're after a handheld, as these seem to be of questionable levels of build qualtiy if they can't even work for longer than five minutes before dying entirely.

This is a must for retro gamers, all the games I have tried (SNES/Sega MD(Genesis), Games Gear, Mame, to name but a few, run perfectly. PS1 is excellent also although the analogue sticks are not usually recognized but that's ok, I can use the D-pad. The negative side would be the instructions are vague and in badly translated English, so some trial and error is involved to get everything working but you can also reach out online to others to get advise. Overall, I highly recommend this product

I think this is a great console and in the few days since I've got it I've spent hours of playing many good old games. My only reason for a 4 star review is that the package description is misleading as it states that there will be an MicroSd card bundled with the console but it is just the console. Stilll, this is a great product.

I purchased this item for my daughters birthday for the 25th of February before the pandemic. After few days of use the console stopped working. I opened a return window but couldn’t print due to no access to a printer as My only assess to a printer was My local library which was closed due to the pandemic. Fast forward now the library has reopened and my return window is now closed 5 days ago. Really why? My daughter is still waiting on her birthday present and I kept telling her that she will get it after the lockdown has been lifted. Really how do you explain to an 8year old after all that waiting time?? That’s really unfair.
