This is a very good probiotic. I have been using this for over a year. It’s pricey, but the quality is worth the expense. I use this along with a few other products for gut issues. When I switched over from the other probiotic I was using, I did experience very loose bm’s for 2-3 days, but after my guts adjusted to the new strains, that issue resolved. Definitely worth trying.

Jar was completely broke. Shards of glass in the broken jar also in the shipping bag the probiotics came in.ITEM UNUSABLE refund was issued, but price is now higher. This was a LOSE LOSE situation for me no replacement, refund issued, but now item is more expensive.
