HP Photosmart 7520 CZ045A Wireless Color Touch Screen e-All-in-One Printers with Duplex Printing

This is a revised review of the refurbished printer I received from AllyStore. At first I thought that the printer was not powering up. Here is what I think happened. I already had the same model printer but it was not printing color well so I bought the refurbished one from AllyStore. When I switched printers the old printer was working (powering up) and I had used it earlier that day to print some black and white files. So when I replaced the old printer with the new (refurbished one) I disconnected both the USB and power cord at the printer (not the best way to do it but probably what people do when they are in a hurry). When I plugged the USB cord and power cord into the new printer it did not power up. When I checked a fan that was connected to the same extension cord, the fan worked so I assumed the problem was the printer. Unfortunately, I think what happened is that when I plugged the "hot" power supply into the printer, I think it blew the outlet that was on the reverse side of the power cord going to the fan so that one side of the extension cord was ok and the other side was not working. When I plugged my old printer back in and it also failed to power up, then I realized the anomalous truth (that one side of the extension cord was working and the other side was not). I am so sorry for leaving the seller negative feedback. I was going out of town the following day for an extended period so I had to quickly plug it in and try it before the return period expired. I put the new cartridges in and printed both test and a photo and the photograph turned out beautifully so all is well. That is why I am changing my rating from 1 to 5. The printer arrived on time and was exactly as advertised. If someone could tell me how to delete my old review I will do that. I should have called the seller first. Amazon did refund my money but when I learned what had happened I authorized Amazon to again deduct the payment since I was keeping the printer. So, now you know my mistake, an honest mistake but clearly wrong and no fault of the seller's.

I do not know what happened. I have never had so many troubles with this HP7520 printer before. It just suddenly stopped working. I was told it was becaus ethe printer was too old of a model; so, if they want to, they can just send a nono bullet over your household current and shoot it, so it stops working. This is the original one I had been using that had been shipped to me by Amazon. Then Amazon Third-Party sent me a replacement for the original printer which had stopped working, for it. which, stopped working, within days of being online with brand new ink catridges, as it appeared the machine was loaded with off-brand ink cartridges (designed-in sabotage?), all, almost except, in the case of the 564 XL Black ink, one of which was of the correct color, type and model. I am still awaiting the arrival of the replacement printer (which I just sent back, and am now awaiting the arrival of THAT replacement printer. Scary. Usually, HP products are pretty good....and Amazon's Service and Products, even Third-Party, too, but... I am not happy, so far...

After looking at quite a few printers that are Air Print compatible I settled on this model. I have not been disappointed, the print quality is excellent and it works with my PC's Ipad and Iphone with easy setup and initialization program provided.Only complaints are the small capacity cartridges mean you have to buy ink more often and it is a bit confusing to get it to print to full size paper sometimes because it thinks everything is a photo and it wants to print to photo paper. The fix is to put a few sheets of 5X7 photo paper in the upper tray that way you don't get an out of paper error.Other than those small blips this thing really works great. It prints fast and very high resolution so everything looks crisp and professional. A good product. One last thing, the HP Store sells this same printer for $149.99 with free shipping, wish I had known that at the time.

The printer was for our 82 year old Mother. Unfortunately she was unable to use it, because all the pictures printed were green, and white, no other colors worked. So after a longer than expected delivery, we had to buy a brand new one. The one we recieved is in a closet now.

A printer that produces photos and print this good has to be highly rated. The ink is cheaper than my previous printer and I like the fact that the printing paper and photo paper is stored inside the printer. Only thing I don't like is the noise it makes before and after printing but this a very minor point in this high quality printer.

I love that these things get easier to install and use over the years; I'm from back in the day when installing a new printer on a computer took hours and every last nerve of patience. This was out of the box and online in less than an hour and has not disappointed. I have printed my own photographs and the color is incredible. I especially like the wireless feature for printing documents - being able to set the printer over in the corner away from me and not being connected with a cord when I do want to print. Easy install, easy to use. Would recommend.

OK printer when it works. Not the best for prints. HP has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Do not buy this printer if you want any customer support. Call their customer support number and you get people you can not understand and they do not have a clue how to help you. Buy anything but this. Remember, good advertising will not sell a bad product. If you own HP stock....sell it...in fact, short it. They are never going to be successful until they understand how to help the average user. It also is an ink hog.

I have this copier since Dec 2015 and until now it has worked ok. When I had to replace the ink cartridges a few weeks ago, I put the new HP cartridges in and the documents would not print. Called HP Support and after 2 hours of working with them to correct the problem couldn't. They are sending me a replacement printer head for the copier.. Hope this works when I get it.
