Great Wireless Headset!
The Sennheiser DW Pro 1 is the best headset I have owned. I've had one for about 3 years, in which I've only had to replace a battery in it once, which was really easy to do. I bought a second one recently and it works as well as my first one. I use it in my home office, but it allows me to be anywhere in my home and even outside.The audio is very clear and people often comment on calls how clear it sounds. The headset is pretty comfortable, I wear it several hours a day without a problem.

Don't buy refurbished. Waste of money
Sound quality is crackly, headband doesn't stay on well at all. It's too big

Unacceptabe service cost
This headset performance is excellent.Unfortunately a tiny piece of plastic broke off ( from normal use - and was NOT dropped) . This missing piece was necessary to dock the headset to recharge . Reportedly the cost of the repair was the same as buying a new one - this is not acceptable as a service -Unfortunately this incident forced me to purchase another one.

I have now been using this headset for a little more than a month and overall I love it. I can hear perfectly but I do have occasional reports of my voice being too faint on the other end. I can usually adjust the volume, but that can end up giving me an echo on my end. I've only had a couple of times that I had to pick up my handset to finish a call. It is a mystery to me why this happens only occasionally and wonder whether other people have a hard time hearing me but are too shy to say so.

Ordered a Sennheiser DW Pro 1 Wireless on Wednesday before 2:00pm, received it the next day by FedEx. Easy to setup and is working beautifully. Very satisfied. The tootsie rolls were an extra nice touch, just about to unwrap my last one.

OK...but...
Audio quality (ear piece) is not up to par even in wideband mode. People do report that mic audio is excellent. Appears to work for the most part with our 3CX software but still throws errors on connection/disconnection.A little pricey to be having these kinds of issues. I have contacted tech support, updated the firmware, etc. OK but there are better options.

My headset was easy to get connected into my existing VOIP phone setup
My headset was easy to get connected into my existing VOIP phone setup. Tone of my voice comes through clear and I hear others just fine. It took me a little while to get the hang of putting myself on mute but that is a user issue not a device issue. Very happy.

Nice once you get it dialed in
Nice once you get it dialed in, but had some trouble finding a decent compatible phone. Adapters, sound quality, and availability of info on phones were the factors that caused frustration. Some returning and experimenting got me to a good spot, but the headset is GOOD so far.
