Great replacement charger
Went to Currys / Dixons to get advice on why my laptop stopped charging. Their 'technical helpdesk' told me it was to do with the charging port and that I had to pay £60 + parts to get it fixed. Not convinced I asked if they sold replacement chargers. Annoyingly the assistant said they do but it was not worth buying as the port was broken. No matter how much I insisted I wanted to try anyway she kept on saying it would be a pointless purchase and not moving to get one. Tired of the poor customer service I left, sat in the car and ordered this charger. Unsurprisingly it worked a treat, charged the laptop and has been working fine for 2 months now.
