NOT COMPLETE
I *thought* this kit would be a one and done, everything you need in one kit kinda deal. But it DOES NOT have the cam lock tool for a 2015 Ford Focus 2.0L. I'll still keep it for the next Ford timing job I do, but this was disappointing. Otherwise it seems to be a good kit.

This is a great set for the professional technician
This is a great set for the professional technician. The only way that it could be better is if it had the chain tensioner retaining set that it shows it comes with and has an opening for. This kit just showed up and I have multiple tools out used on a couple of different jobs.

another contact to tech support confirmed the tool is made by OTC with a known good part number
Does not include all tools required to service all vehicles. Be prepared to shell out an additional $200 to complete this set thats advertised as complete already. OTC support and customer service is a joke. Initially I contacted tech support who were quick to respond by saying that OTC does not build the tools required to work on engines that have been out for 4+ years and that I would be required to use the Ford Rotunda OEM tools. Furthur research found that the OEM tool is made by OTC, another contact to tech support confirmed the tool is made by OTC with a known good part number. Finally contacting customer service was a complete joke! How do you even call your guys customer service? Continuously giving me the run around, and the only offer of support was asking if I wanted to purchase the missing tool for the low low price of $180 to complete the set that it should have been included in. Customer support offered nothing to make things right for me. No appology. How about stop advertising the set as covering all engines? No. Completly unhelpful and unsatisfing customer service for a long time user of OTC tools. I have for the longest time been a fan of and recommended OTC tools, but after this I will no longer be supporting them and will suggest to others that they avoid OTC completly.

For the kind of money this cost I was expecting better quality. The tolls seem somewhat flimsy and the case won't hold the tools properly either.
