I am a big fan of Zerolemon products and have bought them for many years. I am also a big fan of Samsung Note phones, and my Note 10 Plus is the best yet. Weakneses of the Note 10 Plus are the battery and the incredibly fragile phone body that is just part of the phone culture these days. Zerolemon fixes both with the 10,000mah battery case.There are three parts to the case: a bezel that snaps to a body (containing the battery) and the cover. Zerolemon has done a great job of making the entire case not much larger that the phone by, for instance, making the Type-C plug very close to the edge of the case. Of course, the case makes your phone much thicker and heavier, but the trade-off if worth it on many grounds:-- first, the case makes your phone easier to grip if you have large hands;-- second, the case provides protection to the phone, including a raised lip on the front for drops on the face of the phone;-- third, the case gives the phone some friction, meaning that it won't slide around in your car or elsewhere as easy as the glass back would allow; and-- fourth, POWER.The battery life is epic. I do not believe you can run down a Samsung Note 10 Plus by any means in a day with this case attached. Maybe two days. Maybe more. I turn the case on with the button on back when my phone gets low and just leave it on; the phone is still at 100 percent at midnight. I use my phone EXTENSIVELY throughout long days, in remote areas with low signal strength. There is really no way to do so without some supplemental battery power or plaving the phone on a charger again and again. With the Zerolemon case, I just leave my phone in it overnight while charging or put my phone in it in the morning, and I always have full power no matter how long I use my phone that day and the next day.The OTG works; I tested it with my Samsung dongle and a USB-A flash drive; I also tested it with a USB-C flash drive. The wireless charging also works, as tested with my samsung wireless charging setup.I see NO dfference in radio reception and I live in a very fringe signal area. In fact, to be clear, there is no signal on parts of my property and 1 or 2 bars in others. I am outside most of the day and either on foot or using equipment that has no means of charging a phone. This morning started with a warned tornado that passed close enough that the wind changed directions very quickly and it got pitch black. I needed to know what was happening despite not charging my phone last night. This battery case has gotten completely soaked, covered in mud, been dropped, been left in the heat. It takes it all. This is a very tough and useful case.I also recommend the Zerolemon belt clip case for this battery case. It makes a very handy stand and can protect the face of your phone when you are moving around. The 10,000mah case WILL fit in your pocket (cargo pants side pockets are where myine ends up most days), but it isn't intended to and it is awkward there. Occasionally, you need both hands free and the belt clip case is super handy for those situations.There is almost no downside to this battery case. The only factor that could be remotely negative is the cost, but when you consider the additional life and protection it gives your phone and that you would (or should) buy a case anyway, along with Zerolemon's warranty, this is a no-brainer. Just get one, and you will be glad you did.On that warranty, I have to say I have never had a reason to use it until very recently. I dropped the bezel from another zerolemon case and it broke. It was my fault. I tried gluing it and it just would not hold. I wrote Zerolemon and asked how to buy a new bezel, explaining what happened. Instead of charging me, Zerolemon invoked my warranty and sent me not one, but two, bezels, free of charge. Now that is a company that cares about its customers.Zero lemon for life.

Definitely the biggest case I've ever had. People always ask what phone I have, or why my phone is so huge.I really have enjoyed having this case in my life. The only problem I had was when I drained the battery completely and my phone about 10%(which took almost 40 hours!) I plugged it in and woke up next morning with fully charged phone but the case did not charge. So I put my regular case on and left it on the charger while I was at work. I came home and it was charged.I have fixed this issue simply by using the case to charge my phone as needed through the day and at night I get home and take the case off to charge it and let my phone be unplugged while I sleep.The biggest reason I bought this case was because my Note 10 Plus had a Type C port that was failing. The slightest movement of the cable would stop it from charging. Rather than spending lots of money to get the port replaced and possibly have the same thing in the future happen I bought this because now while it's plugged in the case it's a solid connection and will prevent any future damage. And obviously with me charging the case with it off of the phone it will not have it's cable wiggling around while plugged in.Android Auto works for when I'm in my wife's car. Only weird quirk is when I plug it in nothing happens on the radio. But I just unplug and plug it back in and then the radio pops up with the android auto icon.It's definitely still pocketable. In my pockets on my jeans it fits all the way in. Definitely a huge bulge but it is not horrible. I would definitely not recommend holding this thing over your face in bed. I luckily didn't drop in on my face but it has landed on my chest it didn't feel great.Lastly the durability is pretty amazing. I do LTL delivery in a semi truck and one morning i was getting in my truck and I had the phone in my jacket pocket which wasn't smart because when I moved my jacket out of the way to grab my seatbelt it slipped out of the pocket and fell out the open door and fell onto the asphalt. I was terrified to go pick it up. The drop was at least 7.5 feet. Amazingly the screen was not cracked!I won't say this case is for everyone but for me the weight and the size are definitely worth the benefits that this case brings.

Fits perfect , basically what discription stated ,It is pretty heavy now,The plastic frame that goes onto the battery side after u put the phone onto it has to be handle with care , it is really platic , i did got worry a bit as if the cover platic is going to break , but after i put the final rubber over on , it is much better ,The witeless charging works ,I didnt put a protective glass screen on as i was told the touch screen wont be effective enough ,Holding this phone now with the protector on feels pretty good , i got a good grip , where as without some sort of cover , the phone will slip out of my hand , the battery pack does charge the phoneI love it because it is durable adter the final rubber covers the whole thing . Overall apprearance and durability is okay , if the style is a bit nicer , that would be greatI have to take my battery pack out during an cudtom inspection , and during that time , i have to be very careful taking the top plastic piece out in order to take the phone out , i have to wiggle a bit to seperate the plastic frame , it didnt break ,The side rubber buttons are good , the phone responds good , access to the phone pen is good ,Overall i would recommend this battery pack if u dont mind the overall weight

This thing makes you feel like your about to go on a mission in the jungle. It will makes ur note 10 plus feel like a tank. Iv had it for about a year and till this day I still get a solid 2 1/2 charges out of it. It is definitely a big bulky case but that was clear when I was looking at the ad. Great case. 100% recommend

The phone case can be compare to an otterbox. Fit Perfectly all arond .Batterie chzrge my phone from 75% to 99% in less than 45 mimute and the case batterry still full.Quite big piece of power. Over 1 pound with the cell. Good grip. Easy acces to slylet. The case protect well the round edge of the phons.

I bought this ZL battery case because of the "premium" marketing and large bezel hard case.I did not have a chance to test the charge feature as the battery pack flashed all 4 lights continuously after 1 week. Just a very big expensive case if it can't charge my phone.Really disappointed this is my first ZL product. I have bought many NONAME brands over the years for various phones. They all lasted until I decided to upgrade my phones after several years each.
