Love love this awesome flavor

I am definitely going to order this salsa again, I thought it had a great flavor, not too sweet the right amount of acid.

Makes a good topping for most tacos, tried it with carnitas and chicken. I mainly got this because it didn't have any lemon/lime like 99% of the salsas out there. (Ugh.)There's an unmistakable smack of cumin though, and while it isn't overpowering it lets you know it's there for the ride.

Normally store brand salsas do not pass muster for me. They are overly sweet, lacking in thickness and no particulate at all. Most are one note in flavor and are more of a let down. This one surprised me. It has two kinds of heat discernably different from one another. The sting on the front and sides of your tongue from the jalapeño and the full mouth warmth that you get when you smoke them into Chipotle. It is cumin forward, which is different too, but you can pick up the coriander and other ingredients clearly through it. In short it's well balanced.It had good chunks of pepper and tomatoes and a heat that was on point with what I look for in a medium (a bit too hot for most folks but not so much as to erase the rich flavors).If you can't tell. I'm a little picky about my salsas.I love it and it's going on my list of staples to always have on hand.

I am SUPER picky with store bought salsas and have tried and been let down by so many, but this y’all, IS IT. So so good. Will definitely be repurchasing.
