With their high versatility, weight vests allow for a broad range of exercises, such as walking, jogging, rope-jumping, bike riding, core strengthening, weight training and crossfit. waste of money
Used my 30kg first time today for simple push-ups, and a couple of sandbags fell out, and velcro strap popped open twice, waste of money. The bottom strap is coming off after only second time using it! Utter cheap useless crap, avoid at all costs! After 4th time of using, the velcro straps do not stick at all, ended up in the bin.

Its a amazing bit of gear really put a push on my physical training and everyday activities... however i would not recommend wearing it in london as police will miss assess the vest for something alot more scary and illegal, no harm done but a story to tell everyone on how the police thought it was a explosive device will be with me for the rest of my days, maybe a note to the manufacturer to maybe place a sign on the back indicating its gym equipment :D

Does the job
It does the job, but the weight of it is a little much for the Velcro support as the bottom tends to come undone on certain workouts. Also you might need to buy another one after a year i would say as the Velcro wears fairly quickly either that or sow a new one in yourself. All in all if this is cheaper than other vests of this weight when it comes round to buying again, i would stick with this one.

Don't buy 20Kg+ unless you know what you're doing
I bought a 20Kg for climbing endurance training. Even getting the damn thing on is a challenge. In retrospect the 10Kg would have been sufficient. If you're used to lifting much larger numbers at the gym you may be surprised by the difference even 5Kg makes when strapped to your body. The build quality is reasonable, but if you try to pick it up by anything except both shoulders it will definitely tear/rip at the higher (10Kg+) weights.Climbers: the location of the weights slightly gets in the way of where you'd tie in, but you can still use an auto-belay or bottom-rope comfortably. Using it on lead would be awkward as it gets in the way of picking up the rope.

This is an excellent concept. I wear it every time I train ...
This is an excellent concept . I wear it every time I train and it adds weight to body exercises I do (e.g. dips and chins) and also works my cv system, causing me to work harder and help recovery. I give it a 4 not a 5 as one of the supporting straps ripped the first time I used it. This is probably due to my own naivety, trying to lift the belt with the strap.

Useless piece of equipment and terrible customer service!
Buyer beware. No where does it mention that if you open the box and the vest doesn't fit that they will deduct 20% of its value if you return it. This was what I was told after contacting them about a return: "If the packaging on the item has been opened we may also deduct 20% from the final refund as we are unable to resell the item as brand new. If the item has not been opened then 20% will not be deducted."The only other way of knowing this is by reading the slip of paper inside the box which you can only get to, guess what, by opening the box! Luckily Amazon could see how unfair this is to a customer and refunded me immediately. Also, my husband is 5'8" and the vest was massively long and no use at all.

Weighted Vest
I looked at all the different weighted vests for sale and decided to buy this one. I've been using it for almost a week and so far, everything is going well. The weights are not falling out of the pockets and the vest feels secure on me. I'm a woman who is about 5ft 3ins and this vest fits me well. I wear the vest when I'm using the treadmill and I'm now starting to use the vest when I'm doing exercises. Very pleased.

Extremely happy. Strong Tough and Durable.
2 mile cross-country dog walks carrying 10 kg in vest at present and looking forward to the full 20 lbs. I love that you are able to add and take away weight as required.Using for stamina and strength improvement . Fantastic and exactly what I needed. Be warned, take it easy and build up as needed.
