I've been buying these for over a year and a half now. I actually started taking them three months before signing up for my first half marathon, keep in mind, I was a total newbie to running at that point. Worked very well for hair growth within a few weeks of consistent use. My skin looks even better too.Google says 10,000-15,000 is considered a recommended collagen dose, so these are very low at 1000mg per 2 capsules. Contemplating doubling the dose but unsure whether that’s safe with the other ingredients in these.I tried a bovine collagen before these and did not have the same results.
