Packed w/ Punch (But.....)
I received mine just a few days ago. I’ve been sitting on it for a few reasons:1. Homeschooling is serious business with a 14 yo and 5 yo.2. Working from home stinks. Husbands have office wives for a reason and I secretly despise my beaus OW as those women get PAID to do stuff. All I’ve got is a set of rings not really worth annual pay and I still have to work no matter how sick I am. Personal days-hah! Yes a roof over my head but let’s be real-WE ARE THE HANDYMAN keeping this house running! WE should be here rent free!!! I know-I know-off topic!3. Like I mentioned above-the butt wiper had to coordinate with the plumber and pool man who had to coordinate with the chef who had to coordinate with the launderer who had to coordinate with the the handyman when to set this nail set review! Whew!4. You get the picture I think. The set comes packed with a punch-initially. Let’s review:- brush and spatula is awesome. Love it! I love that I can just flip and scoop and flip and shape. However-WISH-the caps snapped on one another to extend the brush handle so you can really lay brush FLAT to shape and mold (in form and on nail).- have not tried the forms as I have ModeOnes and ASP Pro Forms I use. ModeOne are THIN and have minimal apex/barrel curve and offers length indicators (use nail pinchers to shape if needed after removing forms punch for last few minutes of cooling from baking). ASP has great apex, lacks barrel and length indicator but offers a sturdy form. Perhaps today I will try the forms? Need to coordinate with my crew today. Stay tuned if you are interested for update. (Lol)- ok so this “acryl/poly gel” is STICKY! Yes when I say sticky I mean think honey sticky. Be careful while handling! I hold mine by sidewalls and flip then fill and shape. I lay on my nail-flip hand over and flatten gel to stick and encase my natural nail tip. Flip and final position then bake.- alcohol right now is IMPOSSIBLE to get but NON Acetone isn’t. I used NA Nail Polish Remover as my “slip” liquid or “tackiness” remover. No-my gels are fine and sturdy as heck! No-there aren’t any bubbles nor cloudiness. Yes-I know because I used Jelly Pink to test.- did not try lamp as I have another lamp I use. I have the one that is 30-60-90 auto on sensor.- included file-yeah no. Thanks but it’s way too flimsy. Mine actually bent And separated while filing so I had to bust out my Sally’s files “Beauty...” something?- switched to Bestidy nail file set to better shape and clean under my nails.- wish they included a feather brush to apply glitter! Oy-the stuff FLITTERS EVERYWHERE!There my review. Hope you had a good laugh!

Great for beginners. Includes everything you need. Price is great! Would definitely recommend!
Comes with everything you need even if you're not a beginner with poly gel. The gel itself is easy to work with, you do need to warm the bottles in warm water for a few minutes just to make out a little easier to come out and be able to maneuver. The glitters are adorable and the colors a vibrant and just as pictured. I do b wish it would have come with 2 types of forms so that you cam puck between a curved or straight nail but other than that this kit is AMAZING. Comes with everything you need to get started. The light is a 24 W UV/LED and plugs strut into an outlet (not a usb), has no bottom plate so can be used on feet also and has 3 time settings that also work hands free and shuts off when the time is up. It doesn't get to hot and over heat. The only thingwith the light is that because of the low wattage depending on how thick the poly gel is put on you may have to cure it for longer.

Has a lot of potential, Takes practice
I've been trying to do more stuff at home like my eyebrows, and hair, so I figured I'd give my nails a shot. The kit came nicely packaged, everything was intact and sealed, unlike some reviews I saw here.As far as using this nail kit, I'm a total beginner. I just did my first set this weekend. It took me a couple hours the first night just checking it out and testing the lamp, gel colors, and reading the directions. Tonight I did my nails and took me about 2hrs that's including filing and cleaning up the edges with a dremel. Plus I had to paint them because the jelly pink is pretty clear. I wish they weren't on so strong though because they look like garbage lol my mistake was the thickness is uneven and I have no idea how I'll remove them completely without jacking up my real nail, a couple of them are super thick and this stuff gets hard as a rock, probably have to soak for hours! I take it as a learning experience though. I used alcohol as suggested to spread the gel onto the mold and that worked well, I just used too much. Probably the hardest part was judging the amount to use.I think with practice and maybe using it on nail tips instead of the included molds might work better for my skill level. The quality is there, so it's up to the user to make it work.

The White Polygel is not hardening. (EDITED)
I like it for a beginners pro kit I'm just irritated the white will not get hard for some reason. I tried on 3 different nails and it stayed super flimsy, breakable and I had to keep redoing them without getting the design I wanted. Tried to find a way to contact the seller but i dont know how. Other than that, the other colors were good. Just thought the glitter wouldnt be so chunky. But they still turned out good. Rated 1 for attention. Will change to 5 if I can get the white figured out. Btw this was my first time ever do a set of nails. My first attempt at one nail is included. I was playing around with my glow in the dark nail powder.Edited and changed to 5 Stars because for one the product is no doubt good. But they also followed up with me on social media and offered to send me compensation for what seems to be a misunderstanding. The white is for french manicures which explains why it doesnt necessarily harden like I thought it would.

invest in something better
i wanted to get a few uses with the product in before i made a review. the product is well priced and very easy to use. i discovered poly gel on youtube and went on a binge watching videos and tutorials to learn how to do it. i found this kit and purchased.i’ve created about 5/6 different sets of nails on myself and done 2 sets on my friends. overall a very good product for its value but if you’re looking to purchase so you can do your own nails at home, spend a little more and get nicer products.the UV lamps sucks & takes about 5 minutes to fully cure a single nail or even the base coat to start the nails.the poly gel doesn’t come with a slip solution and using alcohol still lets the product run.these are the main two reasons for the 3 stars.
