Excellent Customer Care
I bought one and the RGB's lit up once then quit, and the flow meter barely worked. I opted to return it and have the item replaced. he replacement arrived before I got a chance to package and ship the original back. The replacement works perfectly. There was no hassle and I am very satisfied, would recommend to anybody.

Great Water block
Bought this for my first water build. Very easy to install and keeps my GPU cool. Also comes with a nice backplate, pre-applied thermal paste and thermal pads to make installation easier.

Looks and works great... after the installation.
The instructions were unclear for installation, very few videos were on my specific card. basically you just take out ALL of the screws holding the thing together and then apply the water block, that was very easy then put it back together, that was easy as well. The other thing I didn't like was finding out I needed the corsair RGB controller and had to order that separately, they should really include that in the product, both Thermaltake and Cooler Master included controllers with their water pumps and fans.

Looks nice... half an inch off the board.
Ordered for my XFX Radeon RX 5700. Even tracked it down by part number to make sure I got one that fit.The block is gorgeous, but it seems that someone tagged the word "Ultra" on my card's initial box and so the block just sits on top of the cans of some of my card's capacitors. The GPU cannot simply teleport the heat across empty air (if it could the block would be redundant)As I tried to find a block by very specific identification it should have fit, but I guess someone somewhere didn't update something, so two stars for poor compatability list.*Edit: purely for typographical errors.

Low
Loose screws, damage thermal paste. Needs better Qc oversight.

Definitely Better Than the Reference Blower
First and foremost, I did NOT buy this on Amazon. I pre-ordered it from Corsair the second it was available to do so and that's how I got mine. Would have definitely got it off of here, had it been available when I needed it. But we can't get EVERYTHING off of Amazon all the time! :(I had to wait a few weeks for this block to come out and boy was I glad when I got an email, earlier than expected, that it was shipped and would be delivered the next day. The blower on the reference cards was/is just horrendous. Having my PC a good 8 feet away from me and I could hear it with my headphones on and over multiple Vornado fans, when it'd rev up.I built a new system back in late August. 3900x for the CPU and MSI 5700 XT ref as the GPU. I went the route of using Corsairs new Hydro X for everything and built a new custom loop and my first non AIO setup. Whole process, including installing this, while at first was a bit nerve wracking, was over all pretty easy and straight forward. I hardly see the GPU go over mid 40's, with usually being in the lower end - under load. The only complaint I have and from what I gather, can't really be a ding at Corsair....coil whine. I NEVER experienced this with any other GPU I've had and didn't notice it on this card prior with the blower, but pretty sure that's because the blower made my room sound like an airport runway. But with the GPU water block on, any time I have it under any kind of load, it starts up. Definitely not as annoying as the blower was, but was pretty worrisome for me at first, not knowing what it was and if I screwed something up.Another issue, which I'm not even sure it is any more with new ones and I didn't really care about and did affect me? The little spinner/flow thing isn't all that animated. Read up and saw it was an issue with the first ones and IIRC, they were willing to RMA if need be - I just didn't feel like it was that big of a deal to warrant fiddling with.I would recommend this, along with the whole Hydro X line up. So much so that I'm considering getting a second one, which is what led me to here and realizing it's available now on Amazon!

Corsair Hydro... top!
Acquistato e montato insieme a tutti gli altri componenti Corsair HydroX (waterblock CPU, waterblock GPU, riserva e pompa, radiatore, raccordi, tubi, liquido).
