Inspiring! Great product.
I went to a conference and the speaker suggested using a rubber band on my wrist to remind me to think and stop before making a move. I opted for these and they are wonderful. The messages of "Patience", "Breathe", etc. are just what this caregiver needed at close range to keep me focused and calm. Thanks.I only wish they came in a 9". Luckily, I am on a weight loss journey and I am able to fit, but there are plenty out there with larger wrist who could benefit from these bracelets and their message.

Wish the lettering was imprinted because unfortunately the words fade if they get wet
I love them, but was disappointed when I wore them in the shower and/or washed my hands because the lettering is faded/disappeared. The messages are wonderful though, I love the reminders.

Daily visual reminder
Definitely worth it to me. I am someone who holds their breath without realizing it, which makes it extremely hard to relax. Just noticing this on my wrist reminds me to mindfully breathe! And we all need to be more mindful these days!!

Variety of Sizes
This bracelet set has a variety of sizes. I thought they were all one so this was kinda disappointing. I prefer a tighter fit which only one bracelet offers. I wore the black one to a sports activity the first time and it chipped right off the bat. However, the silicone is thick and the font is good looking. So I recommend this product.

Looks as good in person as they do in the photos!
Initially, it's snug putting them onto your wrist (referring to a man's wrist), but once on they fit good.
