Klee Pre-Seasoned Cast Iron Wok with 2 Handles and Wooden Wok Lid, 14-inch

What an amazing Wok. Heavy, pre-seasoned and a dream to use. Chicken fried rice is both easy and delicious. Product is way beyond expectations, the lid comes in very handy with other pans.

Can not fault it in anyway. This really has become my go to pan for everything from omlets through to amazing stir fries.

This is a nice and well made Wok. Looked after it will last a life time. However...Whoever gives this more than three stars has never cooked with an authentic cast iron Wok - a good carbon steel Wok is far superier to this.Cast iron was the tradition material but, and its a big BUT, it was completely smooth on the inside. This Wok has, as all modern cast iron cookware has, a very rough texture to the inside, making stirring ingredient (a common activity in a Wok) and cleaning a problem.I will not buy another and to be fair the build quality means I will probably never need to, but I am very very disappointed. Why cannot modern makers of cast iron cookware produce smooth surface pots and pans? Its not impossible as I have a 1960s cast iron pan from Japan that is perfectly smooth inside - its like glass - and a pleasure to cook with and to clean.Three stars and I'm being generous. My disappointment would be enough for one star.I wish now I had bough carbon steel.

Used this once and it completely covered in rust..returned immediately.. Extremely heavy

This is a great wok! Gets very hot and cooks evenly. Easy to clean, nothing sticks!

Ciao a tutti,dopo 2 mesi di utilizzo posso dire che è davvero un ottimo wokConsiglio a tutti di fare il trattamento iniziale (su google potete trovare numerose guide su come fare).É necessario lavarlo con acqua e asciugarlo bene dopo ogni utilizzo.Per essere sicuri di averlo asciugato per bene basta metterlo sul fuoco per qualche minuto prima di posarlo.consigliatissimo

I love this wok ! For those who wrote bad reviews about rust , obviously don’t know how to care for cast iron cookware. Even though it’s sold as preseason you always have to do it again when it arrives . So listen up ! Before you use it wash it with mild soap and water dry it off , give it a generous coat of vegetable oil on both sides and put it in the oven at 350 for about an hour. If still sticky put it in for a little longer. Let it cool and your ready for use . My first cook in it was Chinese pepper steak and it turned out restaurant quality !! Now ,, when you clean it use a scrubber and hot water only . Dry it and give it a light coat of oil again just on the inside and put away for the next time you use it.It now has a beautiful sheen and is none stick ! I will be handing this down to my grandkids when I leave the planet !! Oh yeah,, the lid is nice to , I put a coat of cutting board oil on it which takes some of the stain off and made it even nicer! I would definitely buy this again !!

Je suis vraiment très déçue ! Cet article rouille dès la première utilisation c’est même dangereux pour la santé, je le renvoie immédiatement !! à ce prix je peux sans soucis trouver beaucoup mieux
