Great phone for the price
I had a Doogee X5 Pro for a number of years and I found it to be a very good phone for the price. With that experience in mind, I decided on this phone from the various cheap non-mainstream brand options available.6 months on here is my review. What's good.- Great screen. Very bright, excellent resolution (1080p+) and and generally very impressive- No shovelware pre-installed- fantastic battery life (lasts 18 - 20 hours between charges with my general use of occasional calls, social media and internet browsing).- Handles Android 9 without strain (smooth, effortless performance in general)- uses a standard USB charger- If you add a MicroSD card, the phone will treat it as part of the system, so apps can be installed on it, not just media- phone call sound quality and speakerphone is acceptable quality for the most partThe major con of this phone is the camera is not great. It's not something I am bothered about as I rarely use the facility, but if you want a phone that has a decent photographic capabilities, look elsewhere. Pictures and videos don't focus in a consistent, stable fashion, and the long delay between pressing the button and the photo being taken results in poor results in general. Another minor flaw is the casing , which is somewhat fragile. Even though I have a rubberised protective cover I found the phone's outer shell had slightly cracked on the edge. It's superficial, but I'd like the phone to be a tad more robust. The Doogee X5 Pro I had previously was by comparison a very tough phone.Personally, I love the N20. For the price (purchased for £105 in Jan 2020), it absolutely knocks it out of the park. Since I don't care much photography or video it's 5 stars for me personally. The camera is adequate for videocalling and it does the job well enough. If you need a good camera however, I would look elsewhere.

Lovely phone with a great display and software - 4G data problem on giffgaff
The phone is thin and light with a fantastic display. Android 9 runs really well and the camera is great in good light.I had a bit of a problem - using my Giffgaff SIM the phone would only connect to 3G data and when I scanned for available networks only 3G and 2G networks were shown as available (my wife's Ulefone sees a bunch of 4G networks and we are in a strong signal area).I followed instructions to create and edit an APN - still no 4G.I contacted the seller and they replied promptly and made some suggestions which unfortunately did not work for me...perhaps this is just a rogue phone suffering a one-off glitch that others won't ever see - reluctantly I have returned it - which is a shame as if this problem could have been fixed with a firmware upgrade or if I didn't need 4G I would have kept the phone..The reseller did try very hard to help me fix this and suggested the return for a refund - the refund was given quickly - I can't fault them.

Excellent and brilliant value for money
What can I say - brilliant and all I need for auch cheaper price than I'm used to. I have been a Samsung galaxy user for years. Always had top of the range when released. But during this pandemic I needed to cut back and get a more affordable phone when I needed to replace my S10. Yes it's only android 9 but it's fast, clear, quick. All that I need for calling, messaging, and writing reviews. Defo recommend and will possibly upgrade soon even after a few month as it's not going to cost me a lot less to replace, just coz I want a new phone. Don't get me wrong, it was strange not having the same layout and certain things like Samsung mail, but after a few days it was just normal to use

Doesn't charge now 6months old... Not good quality
This product is shockingly bad, bought in October 2020, stopped charging may 2021.Won't charge so can only assume charge port is not very good quality... hard to get hold of anyone at Amazon to talk about a replacement.

OK for light users who don't expect much
Alright for a second phone, as I got it for that exact reason. Unfortunately I'm quite fussy and watching the battery go down 10% in about 30 mins of on time I knew this wasn't for me.I have a note 9 by Samsung, which is one of the best phones you can get, even a few years after release. If only the battery was better it would have been good. Oh and I had a problem downloading apps, sometimes it would work, others it wouldn't.I wanted a second phone as a backup and the specs looked great for the price, but coming from a note 9 it just seemed bad.Fair play to Doogee for trying, but that battery maybe as big as it says but something isn't right when its going down so fast I knew I couldn't deal with that.Alright for a backup if you don't use it much but it was just inferior to what I'd got, and the speakers are terrible. Shame as it had so much promise.Maybe sort the battery out and you habe yourself a great budget phone. Id rather pay a bit more and get a faultless phone.Rating is 6/10 , And for light users only.Ps the screen is great which I'm guessing makes the battery drop so fast, and there is no option apart from auto brightness to control the phone.
